I was losing myself so quick. I quit my job, drinking entirely too much, sleeping too much or not sleeping at all. My depression was worsening and I was becoming extremely suicidal, I had literally hit rock bottom. I’m so thankful for the friends and my dad/family for encouraging me to keep pushing to get where I’m at now. Shit gets better, man. Don’t give up just cause you hit a wall or get hella far into that hole. There’s another way around it.
