Starting this today, low-key hyped on all the fasting, I struggle most with actually limiting my eating when I START eating.

today is my sisters birthday and she really wanted me to have a big birthday breakfast and I said yes. Then I have 3 pieces of french toast (like the normal sized sandwich bread size) with like a crap ton of peanut butter and butter pecan syrup. Im just so gross... I was full after the first one but ate the others, i cant believe myself
