"You're not foolish nor is your mother right. Never think that she is right." He hated what her mother had done to her to make her think that she wasn't good at anything. He hated it more that Lorina still thought that. "I promise that everything will be alright. I'm not going to leave you until you're better."
Holding onto her husband, Lorina released a soft sigh into the fabric of his sweater. When he was home and left the work clothes at the door (normally she would complain; she liked those shirts and the braces, she always had) she loved that he wore the fluffier of clothing.
“I guess the baby is getting at me…” She trailed off as she bit her lower lip. When her lip warmed, a soft red shade, she released it and shrugged her shoulders up a little in embarrassment. “I mean… the lack of sleep.” And the fact Christmas was literally around the corner. She really was overdoing things. Adam was barely days old.
"I want to," Zachary said as he slowly began to rock and rub her back. His arms tightened around her and he pressed his nose into her dark hair as he continued to try and calm her down. A light scoff came out of the telepath's mouth when she claimed to be fine and even said "It's all right if you aren't fine, Darling. I'll make sure that you are fine though."
The brunette shook her head as she buried her head into her husband’s sweater. She did prefer when he was home – it took a lot of stress off of her shoulders; but this. Lorina hadn’t expected to feel this way. “I’m only being foolish;” The Victorian started as she moved her arms around him and tightly clutched the woollen fabric in her fingers.
“Or… maybe I was foolish to begin with.” Her mother always had said that she was good for nothing. What did she have now anyway? She had her husband and her newborn son – she didn’t have much else. Not anymore. “Maybe mother was right…”
*pulls her to him and hugs her tightly*
The brunette scrunched up her face in an attempt to stop from crying, simply making it worse as she allowed her husband to pull her close. “--- You don’t have to…” Lorina murmured as she tilted her head and looked up at Zachary.
“I’m most likely being over emotional,” The fact that they had just had a child --- and with the stress of everything. Lorina just didn’t expect this feeling of replacement or rejection.
“I’m fine.”
"Ooooh, I thought lol mean lots of love. That makes more sense."
"What do you mean by lol?"
Planning a Christmas theme for Lorina’s blog and as we should know by now, she’ll have her tiny baby Adam by then… so this is the manip for the sidebar. What do you think? <3

“I'm on a TV show, which I'm so lucky to be on. It pays my rent, so I don't need to make a ton of money on music, and music has always been my first love. I'm not in this business for fame or money.”
“What by Heavens’ name would you want me for. I’m poor, no land to my name, and nothing in my possession but the clothes I wear on my back and a few personal items. Besides the fact that men are disgusting creatures and aren’t worth even the single breath of a woman.”
Zachary Tylar
The brunette moved over her husband as he slept in the bed and slowly pressed her lips into his shoulder. She didn't know when he returned from his mission but she was surprised and happy to see him lying beside her after she woke up in the middle of the night. Lorina's eyes watered, it had been months since she had seen his face – he had missed so much, of her and the pregnancy; seeing Adam growing up. All she wanted was to be in his arms, but she also didn't want to wake him up.
Zachary stirred a little at the feeling of something pressing into his shoulder. He hadn’t been home for that long, possibly an hour at most. “Lori,” he asked sleepily. He wasn’t fully awake and honestly he just wanted even more sleep after his mission. Turning on his side to face her, he placed an arm around her and pulled her to him as he settled back into his pillow. Right after he became comfortable he fell back to sleep.
