Lost 4 kg in a month by cutting out high calories food and avoiding calorie surplus. I am an eatlover. I still eat my fav food but i set its composition. Protein and fiber are the important to my body. I got not only ideal body weight but also my body becomes healthier than before. Weightloss is just a bonus of fulfilling healthy lifestyle :)
So you guys better create investment for our body in order to be healthier in the future. Trust me, your life will be better.

Reminder : Dont forget to do exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Do diet program without exercise or being sedentary frequently isnt the best choice.
