ate McDonalds today i feel some regret was it even worth it ?? Need to stop eating out I promised myself I would finally lose weight but as upsetting as it makes me i have to face the reality that over the past few months i have gained weight…. Imagine my shock when I finally after months of assuming I’m still the same weight (couldn’t check for months cause mom hid scale) step onto the scale at my doctor appointment and find I’m not 108 lbs anymore instead I’m 118 lbs … I need to focus and be disciplined! Any tips??
