that are some interesting drinks
I just imagined him, all demoned out, barely spottable behind a huge stash of papers 😆
Exactly 😆
Amusing.
Looks like you've got a reaaaally challenging target!
Sounds about right, yes
A-ha! Exposed 😆
Isn't this scene great?
It shows how he cares and how he wants her to be always aware of her worth, without her forcing herself into something she doesn't like. He picked it up from the talk with that unappreciated wife before and paid attention to MC's feelings...
...but still missed the point.
This perfectly shows both the whole attention he gives MC and his flaws that make communication between the two so ineffective.
Well, if it's effective... 🤭
That's... quite an interesting moment. Etienne, so hellbent on arresting Remy, noticed something important.
Remy, kicked out of home at the age of 14, literally having to survive on the streets... and with a 13 years old Nikolai, a foreign kid to take care of and teach the basics of survival. Etienne was chasing his brother for what this situation made him - and where it brought him. For something that wasn't even entirely Remy's fault. We're talking of two homeless kids who had no one to count on, no legal way to work or earn their living. Not without a permission from a parent... none of the two had.
Two kids who could have ended up doing much morally condemnable things than steal insured artwork from the rich... from people so rich, that they couldn't have earned that money earnestly and without exploitation.
They could have ended up as violent robbers or in mob, taking lives not paintings.
In a way, he came to a similar conclusion Raveena did.
Though the wording. Remy literally ended up as Niko's guardian and mentor, which is absolutely hilarious considering the Poppy's dynamics! 😂
Oh thank gods Runa didn't become a therapist 🤣
Absolutely.

I don't think it's going to work... 😅
That makes sense.
