OKAY Y’ALL so I have been interested in finding dream actors to play the characters from Carry On/the simon snow series for 10+ years, and in perfect universal timing, the perfect actor to play Simon has been gifted by the yaoi gods. Connor Storrie is my dream Simon Snow.
1. he is a tender, thoughtful, potent, and alchemical artist. I deeply believe he would not only do justice to the complex character of Simon, but expand on facets of him not yet explored.
2. he is in a desireable age rang for the character. Simon starts the series at 18 and ends in his early twenties, Connor is 25.
3. he looks EXACTLY how Simon is described in the books. bronze curls (not quite blonde or brown, but golden bronze), dazzling blue eyes, MOLES ON HIS FACE (it’s almost unreal that he looks so much like Simon AND has moles), generally a beautiful human, same/similar height (Simon is described as 5’10 and Connor has stated he’s 5’11), and Simon’s exact body type (muscular and lean with broad shoulders)
4. Simon and Baz had one of the most heated rivalries I’ve ever seen
