Hi guys! My name is Luna, I’m 19 and struggling with an eating disorder. If you feel as though you will be triggered by bodychecking, diet talk, restriction, weight gain/loss, or mentions of s/h please do NOT follow me.

This account and platform is my only safe space to express myself and talk about my struggles. I am not pro ana, but I am in the midst of a relapse and can’t guarantee that my content will accurately reflect my morals/ethics.

YALL im back

Its been years. I tried to recover.

Im tellin myself im still recovered but want to lose some weight and wanna get used to not having to eat a lot of food, and i want to eat healthier food too.

Im poor so being able to live off a few mandarins and some beans and rice is my reality right now anyways. Im just scared that the rice will be too much and I’ll need cauliflower instead.

Fuckin i like madhed potatoes but theyre so calorically dense theres no way :( they’re cheap though.

what motivates you to break a binge without falling back into the restriction cycle? Its been so long since ive been able to know what my body is telling me it needs

My FAVORITE lowcal meal (213 cal)

Seriously.. I eat this 3x a week. Feel free to add or omit anything you dont like, or even change the amounts to alter the calories. Super versatile recipe, change whatever you want.

1 avocado/ 110 grams: 176 cals

1 tomato/ 132 grams: 31 cals

Scallions/ 8 grams : 3 cals

Dice these up as small as you’d like and toss them in some lemon juice (1-3 cals), salt and pepper.

I ALWAYS add a sprinkle of cumin to this recipe because the flavors go so well together. Garlic seasoning would be great as well.

Cucumbers, red onions, kimchi, lettuce, really anything you want to add to this would be delicious.

If you want to bulk it up, rice would be good here or maybe some black beans if you’re into that :)

sooooo i had two pancakes, broccoli, and pasta. Ans coffee.

Pancakes probably 500.

Broccoli 160.

Pasta probably 400.

1160 today not terrible definitely not good.

tw purging

I had eggs for breakfast and literally felt so guilty that i fucking purged i never purge bc i know how bad it is but what the fuck like

Does anyone have tips to stop the pain and grouchiness of hunger while at work..?

I don’t like eating at work but often times don’t have another option because I have to run and lift a lot of heavy shit and im always on my feet- I can’t really afford to pass out/snap at/not give my very best to the rest of my team.

I’ve thought about buying myself protein bars and stocking up to just bring one at work- becayse a protein bar is better than fries lol. But i also need help with the whole “i’ve been restricting and i hate the world” thing

Stocked up on safe foods- popcorn, seaweed, shiritaki, kimchi, veggies and cashew milk/coffee. AND green beans hallelujah
