Been longboarding for a year and recently started getting into freestyle, I’ve also started skating. NYC and East Coast Florida. I wanna make a diy fingerboard replica of the Apex 37 DC & DD

Quarantine has me watching diy fingerboard videos, which is great Bc I need an upgrade and I’m not spending rediculous amounts of money for a pro fingerboard...

Years later... I’m still tech decking,

My better tricks include:

Treflip

Kickflip

Varial flip

Hardflip (can’t land this anymore)

Inward heel

Nightmare flip

Big spin

Big flip

Dragon flip

Backside heel

Ollie impossible

Ollie late flip

Blunt stall kickflip out (on a half-pipe)

Lazor flip

720 flip

Heelflip (hardest until I learn a nollie)

And I’m learning a fakie Ollie and EVENTUALLY AN NOLLIE

Was packing up my apex and taking the trucks off, only to find out my hardware’s rusted

Update to the new trick I created

Learned a OS Varial and Tre flip

Was messing about on a tech deck doing old school kickflips out of a tail stall

Learned an inward heel flip and a treflip on my tech deck

But I can’t heelflip or kickflip....

Update

Bought a tech deck so I don’t go insane

And I broke my leg failing dropping in on a quarterpipe

So I never completed those miniramp goals

Actually skated this street spot today.

It was someone’s driveway and was a ramp of sorts. The incline created a ledge of sorts with the sidewalk perpendicular to it.

Today the goals are:

1. Pump on a quarter pipe

2. Kick turn on a quarter pipe

3. Drop in on a flat bank

4. Drop in on a quarter pipe

5. Rock to fakie on a quarter pipe

6. Drop in and rock to fakie on a quarter pipe

7. Rock n roll on a quarter pipe

8. Drop in and rock n roll on a quarter pipe

9. Drop in and rock to fakie, to a tail stall

10. Pump around a bowl

11. Drop in and pump around a bowl

12. All of the above in a line

Went to my local skatepark Friday.

I felt really out of place Bc I can’t Ollie yet, but I had fun cruising around. I couldn’t make this turn in a bowl, but I learned how to fakie and practice dropping in, (though not on a quarter pipe Bc my helmet doesn’t fit when I pik out my hair).
