I'm moving! Tomorrow! I'm so exhausted from handling a lot of packing for our shared house, and from everything that lead up to this (tl;dr it's me and my two friends, plus a random couple that was friends with an older housemate whose since left. That couple,,, uhhhh,,,, fought with the landlord). I'm excited to get to the next place. I'm excited to settle in, and I mean *really* settle in. This is ours. For the next long while. I'm excited for the new routine, for new job opportunities, for the space to make work and not have to ask for that couple to stop fighting in common areas (where my desk is). It's a new chapter. A lot of good things will unfold as the page turns. Until then! I'm sure I'll be a little MIA at least while I make my space livable!

For the time being! I'm uploading my little Auto-Bio comics onto Webtoons for sake of more eyes on my works so far! I'd appreciate the support on there while I try to figure out my life circumstances and all that.

Kind of a temperature check on this but I'm thinking of making a comic that'll be online only. I very much would love to take The Witch's Son to publish - and that's still a goal - but I know the process of finding an agent, going to auction, and then being offered a price is long, arduous, and I'll still more than likely need to be working a job while working on that.

This one would be incredibly self-indulgent, not much of a story past a romance, and I'd post the sfw on the many platforms and then continue the fade to black on patreon. I think it would be fun, I'd get back into a rhythm with making comics again. And also? It would be really cool if I made enough on patreon over time that I could just full-time shift focus to making stories. This is the age of indie and self publish and I (with honesty and vulnerability) am so, so very tired of the constant slog and grind that companies put us through. Be it customer service, studio work, commercial freelance, a 9-6, all of it.

But that's the gist of it! I think the plan would be do one page a month and for the right now I'm going to spend my very little free time still cleaning up my pitch, doing some exploratory drawings of this pair that will absolutely be getting nasty on screen (it seems like $5 for the nsfw tier is the norm???), and getting started on a backlog of pages? If I get some speed with it and get pages done maybe something that launches in the back half of the year?

I think it's worth doing but also I have such limited hours in the day because my current work is so NDA I can't even bring in my ipad to draw on.
