"Is it Sonic? No... it isn't."

'Scott Pilgrim Takes Off' was a great watch. The surprising amount of Sonic the Hedgehog references was especially fun. As someone who only knows of the source material from the live action film, hearing the cast reprise their roles was also wonderfully nostalgic. There's a climactic fight that features a track from the "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game" that is so fitting it made want to check out the beat 'em up side-scroller.

The Solstice Warriors

Sea of Stars is one of the best games I've played this year. An amazing retro style RPG, I was sold on the art style, but I stayed for the incredible music. "Encounter Elite!" alone made me buy the entire soundtrack, and it has lived in my head rent-free for a month!
