Well, I used to suffer a lot when I was younger and to do things that were bad for me to feel better, obviously that really didn't help, I used to have a lot of anxiety and depression but when I started studying myself I began to understand that there's always a reason to feel how we feel.

Long story short, to me, anxiety triggers when I do something wrong or I don't want to, when I'm facing something that is bad for me or would harm me in the long run, or I just feel uncomfortable with something and I'm forcing myself to accept it. And depression is the way my body demands me to stop and have a rest, to keep it easy and rethink, usually it comes whenever I get a burn out but I keep going on.

When I find out how that works for me, I notice that every bad feeling I have is an unconscious message, and when I spot what's triggering it, I could take action to do something about it. Now I know those feelings aren't crushing me, they aren't meant to harm me, they're a protection mechanism, listening to them may keep me from harm.

Personally I don't talk about it, I do some sort of meditation.
