Use it for boring stuff you would only give to people you don't like ... It's great at trying to debug or can extract information.

The metaphor of TV shows

When you talk about how a TV show affects you, you don't actually have to reveal too much of yourself.

Some people do and that's so delightful.

Some may only see the boring plot, laugh at funny scenes...

Others may see metaphors, make connections to their own experiences and get invested in characters' stories.

I like seeing people through the way they watch shows and movies.

And through characters we can experience without actually having to do something.
