He should have been surprised that Lucifer managed to find out where he lived, but he did things like that, so in all honesty, he really wasn’t. His presence at Indy’s door had him shifting in surprise. “No, I’ve been getting better. You sure you don’t have a healing touch or anything?” he joked.

A slow smile pulled at his lips. Somehow he was surprised and yet he wasn’t that Lucifer had a therapist. That must have been interesting, and she must have been a spectacular person to put up with the immortal and his issues. And it looked like there was a number he didn’t talk about when his expression changed subtly like that.
“Maybe in a bit.” Shifting over to one side, Indy gestured with his head to the couch. “Come on over.”
She actually really was. Pity they were no longer having sex, but well. If anything, they were actually...friends.
