If it's not too weird, and not totally off the table, may I see your wings? I mean, I don't want to do anything too weird, but is it alright if I feel them? They look very nice to cuddle up under. ^^

I always wanted wings, ever sing I was younger. I always wanted to fly. Then, I remembered my fear of heights would make that impossible. [Madeline laughs quietly.]

I don't recall seeing you, your brothers—or anyone else, really—actually flying that much, though. I could only imagine it would get tiring...

Does it feel freeing to fly, by any chance? Like going to an open park and finally having space to run and jump until your legs can't carry you anymore?

Lucifer's fingers gave theirs a gentle squeeze. It was barely noticeable, but it was there.

[M lightly drags the back of their fingers over the rest of each wing, feeling the sleek feathers beneath their knuckles.]

So, are they difficult to sleep with? I could imagine they must go numb pretty easily in the wrong position.

You did not knock it out, don't worry. Loose feathers can fall. Sometimes they are. I usually prefer to sleep on my side or sometimes my front which does help with that.

I'm not one to be too sappy, but sometimes I just want to be totally surrounded and hidden from the world, especially when it's with you. (ᵕ•᷄ ᴗ•᷅ ) Sometimes, blankets just aren't enough.

I believe they would make a decent enough covering. They are quite warm after all.

[Madeline's eyes widen slightly at the size of his wings. Being a human, seeing wings on another humanoid being is one incredible thing, but the magnitude of them is another. As many times as they have seen his wings, they never fail to captivate them.]

Oops, I think there's a loose feather, here. I hope I didn't knock it out, or something...

[M lightly drags the back of their fingers over the rest of each wing, feeling the sleek feathers beneath their knuckles.]

So, are they difficult to sleep with? I could imagine they must go numb pretty easily in the wrong position.

You did not knock it out, don't worry. Loose feathers can fall. Sometimes they are. I usually prefer to sleep on my side or sometimes my front which does help with that.

If it's not too weird, and not totally off the table, may I see your wings? I mean, I don't want to do anything too weird, but is it alright if I feel them? They look very nice to cuddle up under. ^^

I always wanted wings, ever sing I was younger. I always wanted to fly. Then, I remembered my fear of heights would make that impossible. [Madeline laughs quietly.]

I don't recall seeing you, your brothers—or anyone else, really—actually flying that much, though. I could only imagine it would get tiring...

Does it feel freeing to fly, by any chance? Like going to an open park and finally having space to run and jump until your legs can't carry you anymore?

[Madeline's hand stills on the mid-end of his wing, and their gaze lingers absent-mindedly on the feathers there.]

It....does on occasion. It is nice to be within the sky's reach but it also brings memories as well. My brothers and I do fly but not as often as we used to.

Sigh.

Perhaps one day if you wish we could attempt flight again.

If we did have kids, being a human-demon couple, what would they be like? Would they look more like demons, or like humans? Would they have your eyes? Or maybe your wings? Whose hair would they have? Do you think they would be tall? Would they have horns? Do horns pose a risk during pregnancy??? ( 0 o 0 )

I mean, just curious. You know, from a biological perspective. I don't know, I'll have to ask an expert or something...

True, true. But since I'm a human, thus lacking horns and wings or a tail, would they be born without horns, wings, and/or tails? Or would they have them?

I would say they would be a bit more human in appearance while still maintaining the ability my brothers and I have to switch between forms. However, I do believe that instead of being a full demon when switching forms, they were still have distinctly human features. Considering I myself have fangs, wings, horns, and markings, I do think the children would most likely just retain the fangs and markings, perhaps even the horns.

I have to wonder, though...
