I don’t really take breaks while writing because I procrastinate a lot LOL, and… I never really realized If I eat or not? Idk, I stall a lot, but when I decide to get over with something, I don’t pay attention to anything else. 🤔

How to deal with pain ? And by pain i mean mental emotional pain, that pain that comes from words people tell you or call you with that just goes right through your heart like a sharp arrow. You will feel as if your heart is torn apart, that you just want to scream out loud for them to shut up, you might even feel so bad at yourself that you wish you die or just disappear somewhere or run away to some place safe. That kind of PAIN am talking about. To deal with something,you have to study its causes, why do you feel that way ? Why does it get through you so easily ? 1) Because someone so close to you said those words, someone you trust and love so dearly that you wish they see the better half of you. 2) Part of you maybe even all of you is convinced with their words and actually believe them so its like they just poured alcohol on your wounds. 3) you think so highly of yourself, you know yourself better than anyone so you know their words arent true but they still hurt your pride as why they cant see how good you are. Those are the main three reasons in my opinion to feel that kind of pain. So how to deal with it ? Thats the main question. If its number 3, then you are awesome, you already strong and know yourself better than anyone else so dont let them get to you. If its number 2, then you probably feel so shitty, you dont like yourself much and people keep pointing your bad traits out, its like the whole world is against you even you is against you. However, dont you think its extremely hard to live that way ? Yeah you have like what...Tons of bad traits ? But you are still human silly, and the best thing about human is that they never come with bad evil stupid traits only, you have a lot of good things too inside you, YOU be the one to love yourself with its bad and good traits, love yourself and teach it to be better. Yourself needs you the most, dont wait for anyone to love the whole you, its your job first. Fix yourself and support it till the end even if its the worst thing alive, it can be better. Never lose hope in yourself. If its number 1, then you must feel betrayed, disappointed and devastated. It hurts so bad that its so hard to breathe. If your dear one dont like you then who will ? Well in this situation, it can go two ways, first talk with that one of yours and decide your next step, if they just criticise you in a mean way because they love you and want you to be better, then talk to them to be softer. If they are just happy by belittling you, then you have to stop considering them dear and close people to you immediately because they will just keep hurting you till the end. In all cases, dont, I repeat...DONT hate yourself or underestimate it. Yeah it might seem bad, it might be called bad names, but it will fight with you and amaze you in so many ways if you just loved it and supported it. Dont listen to anyone who belittles you, you are more awesome than you or anyone think. I believe in you 💪

Lets make this clear:
Head canon (HC): Something you, or someone else creates for use in your fanwork, or just for fun. Can be supported by the canon, can be supplemental to the canon, can be a complete change to the canon, can be whatever you want because its yours and you created it. No one else has to agree with you, or a lot of people can agree with you. Example: My Shepard first meets Anderson when she is 17.
Fanon: an HC that is agreed on by the majority of a fandom. Most people like, support, and propagate this fanon. Not everyone does and that’s fine too. No one has to agree with fanon, its just an idea that a lot of people happen to like. It can be supported by canon, by external sources (like a writers tweet to a fan or something said by a developer at a panel), it can be filling in a gap the canon left, It can just be a really cool idea a lot of people like. Implied canon also fits into fanon. Example: Garrus likes to play with Shepards hair.
Canon: Facts that are explicitly stated in the source material. Facts that you can provide receipts for- Lines you can quote, images you can share, ect. Information that is undeniably part of the series, inarguable facts. Fan work is free to ignore canonical facts but they are still facts that exist. Example: Shepard is born on April 11, 2154.
But, yall, spreading your HC or Fanon as factual canon is not cool. Its rude. Its toxic to the fandom. Demanding your HC be considered the canon is telling everyone else with different HC that they are wrong, their opinions are invalid, they are inferior. You’re creating this toxic fandom where the cool kids get to create canon and those who disagree are bullied. Not to mention sometimes your HC is unfair to other peoples characters (Particularly Shepards/Ryders who can have such unique back stories).
Its up to us to create a fandom where everyone is welcome. Be kind to each other, respect each other’s HC.
