i know x / tw1tter is a shitehole, but it’s still unfortunately one of the only sites that are decently large that allow private accounts. and speaking of private accounts, here to promote my private art account ~ it’s for people who appreciate a good bit of freaky and taboo and are willing to explore the grime and grit of fiction etc etc. it’s nier replicant only.

I’m not at all a fan of the eng localization or eng dub (translations included since they are 85% recycled from gestalt LOL), for a ton of reasons (mostly how it changes the main casts characterizations, all the nuances, how they talk, etc,) but that’s a whole thing for another day and i yap about it too much on bsky anyways AHJSHSSJ,,,

must finish my シロニア　/ booklad / shironia fic I have had on the back burner for two years!! I rlly must sometime…!! i have this whole thing written out in the blank period from the library incident to the act II timeskip. the 4.5 years.. fic wip rambling below

a lot of it is weiss helping nier not only through obviously … the so many THINGS that happened lol, but especially through a lot of the sexual trauma. I have so many headcanons. But ever wonder why Nier is so prone to offering physical affection and touch to the ones he loves, despite not rlly caring for it / outright avoiding it in act 1 and the novelizations? idk… idk but I like to imagine it’s thanks to weiss. :’) from goofy book nudges and bonks on nier’s shoulder, to the exploration of touch through magic (dark hand), and cuddles when nier is having a hard time falling asleep.

Ofc this fic not only explores nier’s healing, but a lot of weiss and how he feels too. How it feels to be desired and cherished for as if he too were a human being :’) (which isn’t the point, he learns that Nier loves Weiss for Weiss no matter what, but it’s hard for Weiss to understand how that’s possible. lol. it goes both ways. falling in love with a book IS a trip, after all..) and yes eventually it’s smut (I ofc have all the smut written out first, around the 4 year mark before the act II in the game) but anywYas rambling away I just love em so bad… my google docs and notes is begging for attention. I’m the most disorganized fic writer ever tho 😭 no wonder it takes me ages because I have this arc here and that arc there. I have the (physically) healing after the library incident done, a short seafront arc + careless reckless nier and a doting weiss arc done, nier upgrading his gear to the act II gear we see him in arc in the works, annnnd nier feeling so horrified just being in his own home cause it’s so haunting with yonah’s absence, but Weiss’ presence does help and nier finds comfort in reading a book he use to read to yonah when he had the time… arc.. done…

** Oh oh and the hair chopping arc! which comes literally immediately after nier is able to stand up again after healing from the library incident wounds. I actually wanted to make it sort of resemble when a samurai chops off their chonmage— and for nier, he does it out of pure shame. that he couldn’t protect his sister or kainé, and ofc the shame of his past. It’s pretty tragic, I haven’t gotten into the grime and grit of that part yet but I’m looking forward to it. Full breakdown nier moment…

yapping oml this is so disorganized 😭 anyways some snippets of parts throughout this monster of a fic (it’s too many words.. it’s ssooo jumpy. and writing smth for 2 years inconsistently is like trying to draw art for me. what is style consistency 😭👍
