Max Out: 6:46
Yikes! This was even harder than I remember. I was wanting to stop about a minute into the warm-up. Felt like I must have been breathing so loudly which is kind of awkward in the gym but hopefully it won’t bother anyone too much.
Like last time, I’m counting my “max out” time as when I have to take a break from the full moves for longer than a few seconds. So if I stop for more than 5 seconds, I maxed out. If I drop to the modified move, I maxed out. If my form is really bad and doesn’t count, I maxed out.
I was so not prepared for this cardio! :P

NOTES:
These are definitely not the best but also not the worst. I’m satisfied with this as a starting point for the next few months of workouts. Since I was doing pretty much strictly strength training workouts (with a bit of plyo and HIIT sprinkled in), my cardio is very sad right now. But feeling hopeful about the changes to come. I haven’t worked out much since the very beginning of May so that’s resulted in some muscle loss and fat gain which I’m not happy about.
