Gwen. 22. she/her. I've been roleplaying for about 10 years now on and off and I just can't ever stay away from it. As of right now, all my previous plots have gone inactive so I'm really wanting to start some up but I'm always willing to plot.

I love Gordon Ramsay so much.

He comes from a very poor family. His father was an alcoholic who beat him and his mother (he once poured hot tea over her and put her in hospital several times), his brother is a drug addict, he literally built an empire out of nothing.

He credits his mother as his biggest inspiration and often has her cooking in his shows.

When he left his first restaurant he pulled a successful Jerry Maguire - the entire kitchen staff went with him. That tells you what he’s like to work with.

He was one of the first to give a restaurant to a female chef.

He went to prison (Gordon Behind Bars) and taught inmates to bake and they opened a bakery (Bad Boys Bakery) that is still running. He hired one of them when he got out.

He did documentaries about the cruelty of shark hunting and cocaine. (when he discovered cocaine was used by his staff he didn’t fire anyone but made sure they are offered treatment)

His kids are a treasure.

He is always ALWAYS kind to servers.

When one of his partners (Marcus Wareing) wanted to leave they got into a fight and settled it in court, they no longer speak to each other but this is what Marcus said about him after the fight: 

I feel bad that the first association to him for a lot of people is this shouty TV chef when he’s truly a wonderful person.

never forget that the reason he’s “shouty and angry” on his tv show is that he’s yelling at people who ignore the rules of courtesy and food safety and basically feed their customers poison, something which would enrage any good person

I’m really glad people post stuff like this because honestly yes, the only thing I knew about Gordon Ramsey at first was that he swears like a sailor. It’s good to know that he’s a much more genuine person than that. This is probably also a good example of how television can shape our perceptions of people; TV producers are going to focus on what gets the most attention, not on what is necessarily best or most true about a person. It’s good to be mindful of that while watching reality shows and movies.

i really need a plot with two actors who are on a brand new tv show and it’s kinda awkward at first so all they do is try to make each other laugh during takes and goof off together and pretty soon it’s becoming obvious that they’re falling for each other but there isn’t any pressure from the media yet because the show hasn’t aired yet, but then the premier date hits and the show is a huge success and they have to deal with both of them suddenly being thrust into the spotlight

tbh i kind of want a plot based around two celebs whose characters are a ship in the show they’re on and the’ve always been really close friends, always goofing off behind the scenes and having a grand old time, and are crazy comfortable aroud each other but then the time comes where they have to do a sex scene and it’s like a revelation of “wow they’re really good looking… their hands feel so nice on my skin like this…their lips are so warm and soft… they’re good at kissing….i wonder what this would be like if it were real” and it gets really awkward/cute and they always get flustered around each other because they can’t stop thinking about it and PLEASE

i’m craving a plot where a girl matches up with her best friends brother on tinder and every time she sleeps over from then on she sneaks into his room to spend the night after the best friend has fallen asleep like please and thank you

MUSE A and B were teenage sweethearts. it was love at first sight except that they avoided their feelings until they finally made it official in eleventh grade and continued up to senior year. MUSE A decided that this small town wasn’t enough for him and decided to move to a big city where he could make something of himself. he didn’t really consider MUSE B, who didn’t want to leave, and they had a devastating break-up. fast forward to four years later and he actually did it!!! he became something!! (rockstar, a-list actor, model, w/e) as a mini vacation/(a reason we could make discuss) he decides to come back home for a while and it’s all very lowkey and kept secret so no one will know. he finally comes home, and on the first day while he’s out getting coffee who does he run into? MUSE B, who still lives there and is just as lovely as ever except…she’s got a four year old latched onto her leg. of course he automatically assumes the child is hers, and of course he’s right. and of course it goes right over his head that it’s actually his kid before asking; ‘who’s the father?’ and of course she can’t tell him because it would ruin everything and she’s still heartbroken and in love so she lies and says it’s MUSE C (unplayable) and before you know it MUSE A actually finds out that the child is his and oh man he’s gonna have to step up but she doesn’t want him to and someone please give me this.

YOU DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE  —  give me a plot where MUSE A’s girlfriend just passed away, from whatever reason we decide, and hes been taking it hard. maybe he’s started using to numb the pain. cue taking the long way home just so he can drive by her old apartment, breakfasts alone at their favorite restaurant, a hazy state of mind where he insists that he sees her out in public places. now fast-forward at least six months, and he’s starting to do better. has himself a new distraction, be it a job or a new girl or whatever. and he’s driving home from said distraction and coincidentally passes by his late girlfriend’s apartment. it’s when he looks up at her window that he notices the new tenant, MUSE B, dancing around in her living room, and the resemblance she has to his girlfriend is enough to force him out of his car and right to her front door. of course, MUSE B isn’t her, but MUSE A is so desperate to talk to her at this point that he makes up some story about how he’s there to fix something so he can come inside.
