i took these photos of fracking wells in rural texas town as part of a series/collab with @apcolter. im interested in how these wells become a part of the landscape. they sort of blend in if you’re not looking for them. in honest before i started shooting these photos i didn’t really notice the wells, but now i’m acutely aware.Â
i took a number of photos quite close to the wells as most i have found are not hidden nor difficult to reach, but rather i’m interested in their context, in their proximity to human and animal life.Â
