@lugiiia
I could watch this all day.
If thereâs anything worth living for, itâs kittens trying to imitate their moms.
humble beginnings
Even I need to contribute positivity sometimes.
I choked on my damn saliva after seeing this!
I keep forgetting what the differences are in the over the counter pain relievers, so I made a handy chart.
THANK YOU OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As someone who suffers from migraines too often, this is perfect. Please share this helpful chart!!
Also, tylenol is good for nerve pain, like fibromyalgia.
Excedrin is also great for migraines because it contains caffeine, they have a line called Excedrin Migraine, but the original is just as effective
yea i knew aleve was fuckin me up for no reason gotta switch asap
Acetaminophen = Paracetamol for non-Americans.Â
homophobes are not allowed to use computers because the inventor of the computer was gay
People think this is just a joke but Alan Turing was the inventor of the computer and his sexuality was illegal in his time (which was not even 100 years ago) and he was arrested. They put him on drugs that destroyed his genius brain and committed suicide a year after being covicted. He was gay and a war hero as well. He helped to break enigma which was a German code that they put all their messages through. He shorted WWII by two years and saved so many lives in the process.
Friendly reminder that if not for Alan Turing you wouldnât be reading this post and we might be ruled by the nazis
The Alan Turing statue on my campus
He should not be forgottenâŠ

when u have a 2am mental breakdown but u wake up fine the next day
My kink is having absolutely no one from high school know anything about me or what Iâm doin now lmao
a thing i only recently realized i knew abt character design that isnt just common sense apparently:
do not start ur character design by doing a full, refined turnaround/model sheet.
like. everyone in my childrens book il class is fuckin doing this even though most of them are illustration majors and its a huge mistake (our prof literally warned them against this, and YET)
any time you design a character, start by not caring. by just doing what feels right. dont settle on the first thing; play around. and then draw your character a shitload of times before u start a ref sheet
dont finish anything, just. do super fast sketches of them over and over and over. fill up a page or two. as you draw them theyll evolve. that will happen whether your sketch it out at the beginning or jump right into a final draft, and lemme tell u, u do NOT want ur character evolving and changing AFTER ur final draft. u want to get that out of the way early so u can get a decently consistent finished product
then when you go to do your model sheet you will already be able to keep your character on model without it bc youve drawn them a shitload of times. then it wont be âstruggling to draw the character the same every timeâ itll just be âthis is what the character looks like and i could draw them with my eyes closed bc of muscle memoryâ
dont just jump in and be like âshit i gotta have this full complex polished thing right out of the gate!â like. in the beginning, Do Not Work Hard. play. play a lot. and THEN do a refined drawing. your refined drawing will look way better, too, bc by then youll be completely comfortable with your design
its just a super bad idea to present a character as âheres a ref sheetâ as soon as you have a concept. your concept will evolve and u have to let it, or else ur designs will look rushed/bad and your drawing will looks stiff and uncomfortable bc u can only draw ur character at a Ÿths view in a particular pose bc youve drawn them twice in ur entire life
