I want to thank my cousin Ingrid Solares for bringing #ptds to all our contacts to share. As I said they one, I rarely post. However this is very personal for me. I want to thank all my friends & followers who stayed with me for these 22 days. Just keep in mind, there are still 343 days where we're losing our military personal at an alarming rate. Ask you again, take a quick moment to learn more. Once we're educated, we can begin to appreciate out military personal & help if we ever get the opportunity. https://www.facebook.com/donate/1749364238644446 ***20 or 22?!?! 1 IS TOO MANY*** #1istoomany I was invited to this by my Cousin, Ingrid Solares Day 22 of 22 push ups for #22kill to raise awareness for the 22 veterans who commit suicide each day due to PTSD. I challenge: Everyone to take notice. For me, this is personal and hits close to home. PTSD is real. Those that follow my page, know I rarely post. And though it took me some time 'accept' & post this, I do so to raise awareness. I ask all those who have the means, to donate. If your unable to donate, then take a few mins just to look at the site & learn about this silent epidemic. It hits homes across our country & effects some of out bravest men & women. I will post my 22 push ups for 22 days, filming myself and challenging everyone who follows me to take a few mins to just learn more. And yes, donate $22 to a charity that helps our Vets. Here is a link to a charity. https://www.facebook.com/donate/1749364238644446 #22kill
