NEO - NAKAMURA LACHLAN // (P-TS)

Japanese/British, spent most his high school days in Britain but summers in Japan with his grandparents and aunties. His parents moved to Britain for work at first but ended up staying their since they had support from half of their family.

He returns to Japan fully as a citizen in his early 20's and lives his life in Hyogo - he's fairly well off financially and is a very lively and often looked down upon as a "tourist" but he doesn't mind (he actually likes all the stares and questions he gets.)

His work is very diversified in the sense he has multiple streams of income and is super ominous about all of them but his go-to answer when people ask him is "online artist" - it's so vague that it leaves people questioning even more.

He hates his legal name, which is why he goes by Neo.

He's 5'5 but very toned and works out when he can.

Overall, he is a nuisance to society. Gets obsessed with people easily and constantly hangsout with them, he is rarely seen alone.
