Hear me out: BSD X Horrid Henry crossover, inspired by those gacha videos I stumbled upon.

What I have so far:

Dazai is Henry

Mostly based on the books

Ralph dies (maybe from cancer?) leaving Henry alone since he was his only friend

Henry and Ralph had one last conversation before his death about Ralph’s future if he survived

Henry spends years grieving, and questioning his existence

Eventually everyone is fed up with him and his parents send him to Japan to live with other relatives and get treatment from a praised hospital

Henry is picked up by Mori and becomes Dazai and you know the rest

Dazai is forced to recall his past when he stumbles upon his brother, Peter, who became part of a crime scene

That’s all I got so far

Thought about it carefully and see, I prefer Dazai because he has distractions in life that occupies him from being around Akutagawa all the time compared to the Headmaster. Based off of Atsushi’s experience, who mind you was raised at the orphanage for 18 years, just from what little we know the Headmaster inflicted on him, I can’t image what other tortures and experiences he suffered. Akutagawa’s isn’t any better but to me, slightly preferable and he had a few people who cared about him.

Ngl, I’ve read more about it being LGQ who spreads those rumors, most of them being tied to having started when he found SJ at the brothel and it spread from there. I don’t remember who started the rumors but if ircc, Qi Qingqi only listened to the rumors.

He refused to leave but he isn’t going to work for it either. The other “SQQ” can do it instead, after all they’re so alike it shouldn’t even matter who does it.
