Dear Taylor.... (I hope you read this)
Okay… here it goes.. I have known Taylor when I first heard Teardrops On My Guitar. I was like on the 6th grade by that time. And I was never really a fan of social media and stuff… but I was already a fan of Taylor. I know I am not that vocal with how I feel about people, and by vocal, I mean, I really don’t write such long speechy thingys online. But tonight was different… after I watched fan videos of Taylor on her 1989 World Tour (which what I always do since I can’t even afford to buy tickets for concerts, I can’t even afford to pay for my own extra educational fees) I became so happy seeing what she has now achieved. She really is the most inspiring woman I have seen, ever.
There was one clip, which really made an impact to me. It was when she had her speech before she sang Clean (1989 Tokyo) What she said was truly amazing and it made me realize how I’ve always put down myself and how I treated myself like I was useless… how I’ve let people make me feel useless. It made me realize that although I may never have the support from everyone I was seeking support to, I still have myself and that I will always be the greatest support that I will have. Taylor made me realize that it’s okay to be yourself and not care about what other people think because no one can ever love you more but yourself. Yourself is the greatest friend you will ever have…
Taylor’s music helped me a lot. She herself, helped me a lot. Her life inspired me so much. And I am so thankful that I have known a person like Taylor Alison Swift. She may never know me, but I am so thankful that I known her. I did lose myself… I almost gave up.. but Taylor… She made me realize of what I am and what I m not… I am not my mistakes… I am not the result of my failures… I am not the opinion of someone who doesn’t know me… she made me realize that I am the product of the lessons that I’ve learned… that I am wiser because of what I’ve went through…. and I am the person who survived rainstorms that kept coming into my life… She made me realize that the pain I felt will make me stronger… She made me realize that my life full of stains will always come to one point… one day.. this day.. become clean.
Thank you so much taylorswift, for making me strong. How I wish I was so close to you, so I could tell you and show you how grateful I am of you. It may not be today… but I know, one day, I will get to show you how much I love you and I much thankful I am. Thank you, Taylor. Thank you so much.
