Introductory post

I just realized I never really did a pinned post for this blog, so fuck it, lemme do it rn

Hi everyone! Name's Lumina! I'm a 25 year old transbian, and a digital artist! I mostly draw OCs that I think people might like.

Another thing I do besides drawing is writing! I'm really slow at it, I apologize in advance for that

My main writing work is SoulCrash, a fantasy action story I've been writing since... 2017 (Like I said, I'm slow), but I'm really hoping on finishing it this year

I do also have a couple of sidestories for it planned

One of them is called Celestial Hunters, which revolves around these 3 characters (In order of appearance, their names are Arcia, Lynn, and Seraph)

And another side story I have planned out would be following the origin story for one of the villains in SoulCrash (Because I had come up with that story before thinking of adding her as a villain), that being Lumina Phyllidia, the Luminary (I have a poster for this one because I used it as a class project, and it's gonna be my eventual thesis project)

I do also have one more story in the works, that one not being related to SoulCrash, and just being a cute little romance involving a baby trans, Jaiden (Last name to be decided)

"Is it wrong to feel this way?"

This was one of the questions I often asked myself as a teenager. Looking back, I should've told my mother the truth about how I actually felt internally. I think it's safe to say, nearly eleven years after her passing, she knew. She always wanted a daughter, and she definitely got her wish. I wanted to make this comic for a long while now to get my feelings out there since it's been in the back of my mind for the past nine years.

Macy's A few weeks ago, my aunt and I went out shopping at a dead mall near me, and we decided to step inside a Macy’s. As I picked out two pairs of blue jeans, one with a floral pattern, I stepped into the dressing room. As I put it on, I couldn’t stop being so mesmerized by my reflection. And I’m getting to a point now in my transition, and especially my age, where I look very similar to my late mother.

Don’t get me wrong, it was pretty freaky, and the resemblance is very uncanny, but I can say after being on hrt for nearly two years now, I suppose that’s expected 🤷‍♀️
