After a thorough inspection, Lumina has been deemed mostly safe to operate from now on. In fact, here's exactly what our inspectors said about us:
Regardless of our current inspection standing, we'd like for it to be known that our reactor is entirely safe for SwitchCity. We have only had 2 major incidents since first operating, which is a small price to pay for the power of clean energy.
After yesterday's incidents, Lumina has been subjected to a few safety inspections today. The inspectors are still working their magic, and we should have the results in later today. We'll be sure keep you all updated.
After a few more hours, the Unit 1 is under control. Lumina is looking into this incident, and we are re-inspecting our safety standards.
After a half hour, Lumina has finally gotten the power back on. We may have a few minor incidents with steam leakage of Unit 1, however, everything is under control.
On his first day, Seth appears to be having some breaker problems. Don't worry however, Lumina has got it under control!
Congrats on our new hire to Seth! 🎉 Seth is our new part-time intern for our Unit 1 control room. We know it might be scary to have a new man behind the wheel, but don't worry, Lumina has total confidence in his ability to operate the reactor.
After months of construction, unit 2 is nearly online! Expect it to be operational before December of 2024
