Wattpad Stealer Published My Work

Hey everyone. I know tumblr is dead and everything but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to reach out.

It has come to my attention that user yasmineamaro on Wattpad has plagiarized my fic “Not What It Used To Be” on chapter 29 of their book “Possessive”

For reference, here are some side by side comparisons:

I have reached out to her to have it deleted, and instead of removing the story, she blocked me so I could no longer contact her.

To make matters worse, her book is published by the Lilac Publishing Company - meaning she has fully taken credit for my work and published it.

I have contacted Wattpad about the issue, however the chapter in which the plagiarism takes place was only deleted for an hour before yasmineamaro posted the chapter again.

I’m literally begging you to please share this with everyone and to report her account as well as her book. There’s a high probability someone else’s work is embedded in one of her chapters and no one has noticed yet.

This book is absolutely HUGE, as it amassed over 12.5 million reads the first time she posted it. Please take the time to look through it and make sure your work is not inside and that she has not illegally published any of your writing.

I obviously can’t take her to court, but if there’s anyway you guys can share this news and have her account terminated I will be eternally grateful.

„Oh come on Moony!“

„I told you not to call me this Ms. Y/L/N. How did you even find out about this name?“

You looked up at Professor Lupin from your table in the middle of the DADA classroom, and laughed.

"Wouldn’t you like to know Moony.“

It was a warm late spring day at Hogwarts and you had fun teasing your Professor since no one really paid attention in the last minutes of class anyway. Nobody was surprised by your little banter since you were known as the class clown of the Ravenclaw 5th years, lighting up everyone’s days with stupid jokes.

Of course there were days were you were not feeling your best but somehow being around your classmates and making people happy always brought up your mood so that’s what you did.

„Oi Davies“ you threw a crumbled up piece of parchment at your best friends head, the Ravenclaw quidditch captain, who was the only one not looking happy in the classroom, which bothered you.

„Did I mention before that I can never tell if you’re thinking about a new quidditch strategy or if you just really need to piss when you make a face like that.“, to which even he had to crack a smile.

„Thinking about the upcoming Gryffindor, Ravenclaw game Y/N but now that you’re saying it I could really use the loo rn Professor“ he shot back into Lupins direction.

„Alright y’all are dismissed, it’s a too pretty day to not end ten minutes early.“

„You’re the best moony“ you called, which just earned you a stern glance from Lupin that even he couldn’t take serious regarding the small smile that tucked at his lip corner.

While you strolled through the corridors to lunch break you spotted your friend Luna.

Even though she is younger you formed a special connection to her last year. One day as you were sitting in the courtyard under a tree listening to Jeepster by T. Rex it turned out that Luna shared your love for muggle music. You as per usual had your headphones on an ear deafening volume and in typical Luna fashion she just placed her self next to you and leaned her head on your headphones giving you a thumbs up and a dreamy smile.

You weren’t the most sane person either so you didn’t even question her behavior and just gave her one of your earbuds. You where thankful for the comfortable silence Luna had a way of creating.

„Hey bestie!“ you swung your arm over Lunas shoulder. You loved that her being 5‘2 allowed your 5‘3 self to do so, because that wasn’t often the case.

„Did you know that Hippogriffs are able to fly no less than one week after being born?“

„No i didn’t Lu, that’s very interesting. Are you coming from care of magical creatures right now?“

„Yeah...“ was all the reply I got since her attention was already focused on the food in the Great Hall. You’ve been going to Hogwarts for five years now but you could totally relate to her longing expression. Hogwarts Food really is simply unbeatable.

With a stuffed belly you made your way to Transfiguration with the Gryffindors. That class being one of your favorites but also most dreaded classes of the day. Even though being the center of attention came natural to you in your normal surroundings consisting of none judgmental, chill Ravenclaws that you’ve grown accustomed to over the years, shared classes where always a different thing. At least you liked to tell yourself that purposely choosing a seat in the back of every lesson with the Gryffindors and not being able to be your loud self could be traced back to the fact that you were shy around people that you didn’t know that well. But in the back of your mind you knew exactly why you didn’t talk in this class.

„Oi George you reckon we could bring Minnie to show us how to transform dungbombs into green apples so we can get Malfoy to bite into one?“ you heard a familiar voice shout across the classroom.

Fred Weasley, beater of the Gryffindor quidditch team, member of the most famous prankster duo Hogwarts has ever seen, possibly one of the most popular students in the entire school and the reason you couldn’t form a single coherent sentence in this class.

You have had a crush on Fred since he dumbed a bucket of sticky pumpkin juice and plastic feathers on your head in second grade. Not the most common way to fall in love but the way his warm brown eyes looked into yours while he frantically explained that the prank was meant for some Slytherins and not for you, did it for you. You couldn’t even be mad all you thought about was how funny it was and how the freckles on his face looked like the constellations you saw in the sky while sitting at the edge of the astronomy tower.

He of course didn’t spend any more thoughts on you after realizing that you’re not mad and run off into the opposite direction that Filchs screaming was coming from.

Now three years later you were sure he didn’t even know your name. How could he when all you did was think about how to breath when whenever he was near. You classmates of course wondered why you were so quiet in some classes but you put if off with being really bad in transfiguration and potions. In the case of potions it wasn’t even a lie but in transfiguration you quickly hid your graded papers whenever you got them back so nobody would see that you actually loved the subject. And it all worked out well for you until this particular lesson.

To your surprise Lupin was standing next to McGonogall discussing something until she cleared her throat and addressed the class.„Good morning students, just for information Professor Lupin will be monitoring my class today. You should be aware by now that this is the normal practice when the curriculum is expanding, so one can aquire teaching skills from the more experienced Professors.“

Lupin gave the class a wink and sat down on a chair in the corner of the class. You didn’t think much of it and followed the lesson silently.

Halfway through the hour Lupin got up glancing at parchments of everyone while we were working on a worksheet. When he got to your table he mustered you.

„You are unusually quiet Ms. Y/L/N or is it really just my class you love to disturb?“

He was obviously just joking but your heart started racing. You mumbled a quick „I’m fine Professor“ while keeping your eyes on the paper.

„Transfiguration just isn’t her subject, she needs to concentrate.“ Roger chimed it snickering.

„I don’t know what‘s so funny Mr. Davies to my knowledge Ms. Y/L/N grades surpass yours considerably.“ McGonagall chimed in tipping on Davies worksheet and giving him a stern look before continuing to another table.

„What I thought your grades were shit Y/N?“

You tried to cover up your nervousness with humor and responded „Well apparently still better than yours Davie and don’t you have to look at some other worksheets Moony“. You tried to give them both the most convincible smirk you could muster.

„Ah there she is but I’m still going to give you detention if you call me Moony one more time.“ For a second you lost yourself in the banter and responded with „Alright no problem, Remus“ to which he simply shook his head while leaving the table. You heard a laugh next to you that you could never get mixed up. You turn your head around and see Fred giggling at your joke. You quickly turned around and let you hair fall down to cover up that you were blushing madly. To your relief the lesson was over and you swear you have never left a classroom that fast in your life.

The week flew by and you were sitting in yet another DADA lesson at your typical table in the middle of the class. Well you were actually sitting on said table since you were telling a story to everyone of how you ran into Snape that morning.

You had a thing for theatrics while telling a story so everyone was invested in it even though not that much really happened.

„And there I was looking trough my DADA textbook to get the best grades I could possibly achieve for Moony“

„Ms. Y/L/N“

„Right for Lupin my bad and suddenly I just feel a very sticky chest at my head and I realized I ran directly into...“ you didn’t finish your story cause you heard a loud knock on the door and a familiar redhead peeked through it.

„Sorry Professor Lupin, Flitwick wants me to pick up the practice feathers for Charms. He said you have them“ Fred reported.

„Oh yeah the‘re right there on my Desk just take them“ Lupin answered while scribbling something on the Board.

„What did Snape say Y/N?“ someone asked but you had long forgotten that you were telling a story.

Your eyes were following Fred through the classroom. He looked so good with his hair a little disheveled and his sleeves rolled up. He was twirling his wand around in his hands. Merlin those hands...

„Earth to Y/N hello?“ One of your classmates waved a hand before your face.

„What?“ you asked with your eyes still focused on Fred.

„What did Snape say?“

„Snape?“ you simply asked confused. You could for the live of you not remember what you were talking about. Not when Fred was currently looking at you while he strolled out of the classroom. Apparently he was aware of your staring and sent a wink your way, which made your breath get stuck in your throat. You were aware that you were probably crimson by now but Fred had luckily already left the classroom.

When you finally remembered where you were you saw Roger smirking at you like a maniac.

„What?“

„You have a crush on Weasley!“

„What n-no what are you talking about“ you managed to hastily stutter out as you sat down on my chair again aware of all the stares in your direction.

„Yes you do you got all quiet and blushy just like.. omg bloody hell Y/N that’s why you don’t talk in transfiguration cause of the Weasley twin. Which one is it I can never tell them apart?“

„Would you shut up Davies you’re being bloody ridiculous.“

„I’m so right that’s why you lied about your grades to me cause you didn’t want me finding out about your little crush.“

Your classmates giggled at the conversation you had with Rogers and you could swear you even saw Lupin smirking while having the facial expression of someone who just solved a riddle.

„Insane the lot of you“ you mumbled while opening up your textbook to the page Lupin had wrote down on the board.

„You know I could always ask Professor McGonagall to seat you two together, really wouldn’t be a problem.“ And with that you srumbled up some parchment and threw it right at Lupins head.

Since that day in DADA Roger would always poke you with his elbow whenever the twins where near and make kissing faces whenever they were turned the other way.

Davies even gone as far as sharing the news of your crush with Luna while you were all sitting at the Ravenclaw table during dinner. Amnesia Pt1 - Fred Weasley x Reader

Summary: A few years after breaking her heart, Fred searches for Y/n Potter, only to discover that she has lost her memories. Will they be able to start afresh or will the ghosts of the past reopen forgotten wounds?

4 YEARS AGO:

She wore a vintage wedding dress that she found in a charity shop, and there couldn't have been a happier bride within its seams.

Y/n smoothed out imaginary wrinkles in the dress countless times as she stood outside the church doors. She could hear the excited chatter from within as they waited for her to walk down the aisle.

"Relax dear, you look lovely!" Molly said, tucking a lock of hair behind Y/n's ear.

"Thanks, Molly," Y/n bit her lip. It was almost time. Her insides began churn; though she wasn't sure if it was becuase of her nerves or excitement.

She was supposed to marry the love of her life that day, Fred Weasley. They were still young, only twenty years old, but after the battle of Hogwarts, they didn't want to risk wasting any more time. They learned that night that time was valuable and they were mortal; they could drop dead at any moment.

It wasn't the huge group of excited friends and family that awaited her inside the church that made her nervous, it was the way Fred had been acting. The last few days, he had been distant and somewhat cold. At first, Y/n put it down to nerves about getting married but as the days ticked by, she began to feel like it was something...bigger.

What if Fred didn't love her anymore? No. She couldn't think like that. Fred was probably just nervous like her and perhaps a little sad that Fred didn't live through the battle to see his twin's wedding day.

"Alright dear, I need to sneak in and get a seat," Molly said, beginning to tear up. "Ah, that's Harry there. He'll walk you down the aisle."

Y/n's little brother, Harry, was dressed in a black tux with shiny black shoes and had his hair slicked back.

"I can't believe you are getting married!" He said, pulling Y/n into a hug.

"My words exactly," Molly said, blowing her nose before disappearing into the church.

"Are you feeling alright? You look a little peaky." Harry asked, peering at Y/n's face.

"Yeah, just a little nervous," Y/n said. She was going to ask if Harry had seen how Fred was when the sound of an organ began echoed through the air, jolting Y/n's stomach.

"That's our queue," Harry said, holding out his arm just as the huge doors creaked open.

"Here she comes!" Y/n heard Ginny squeal as Harry nudged her forwards.

The benches were packed with people; friends from school, close family members, teachers and distant relations. The air was thick with anticipation as Y/n and Harry made their way down the aisle whilst 'Here Comes The Bride' rang through the chapel, played by an enchanted organ.

Y/n gulped when her eyes landed on Fred, who was standing at the altar with a pale face. He looked spectacularly handsome in his purple suit with his red hair combed into a man bun.

"Hi," Y/n whispered when she reached the altar, forcing a smile through her nerves.

"Hi," Fred whispered, though he did not smile back.

Even though twenty minutes had passed, Y/n's nerves had not subsided. Throughout the priests whole speech, Fred had not looked at her once.

"And now we get to the final question. Mr Weasley, please take Miss Potter's hands." The priest said.

Fred complied and took Y/n's shakey hands in his. Y/n willed Fred to look at her, but he would not. He just stared at the red carpet with an unreadable expression.

"Y/n Potter, do you take this man to be your husband." The priest asked.

"I do," Y/n said and a round of applause rang through the room.

"Fred Weasley, do you take this women to be your wife."

Silence.

Y/n felt her heart speed up. Had her fear come to fruition?

She squeezed Fred's hands to get his attention. For the first time, Fred looked up. When his eyes met hers, she saw sadness in them. Sadness and guilt.

"I do not," Fred whispered, letting go of Y/n's hands.

Y/n's stomach dropped. He didn't love her. She was right the whole time.

The excited atmosphere had turned to one of confusion. Some guests murmured and whispered among themselves, whilst others sat frozen in their seats.

"I cannot marry you, I am sorry Y/n," Fred said, stepping away from the altar. Tears pricked Y/n's eyes as she watched the love of her life turn on his heel, leaving her heart utterly torn apart.

PRESENT TIME:

She woke suddenly, every thought in high definition. Her eyes took in every ray of light, squinting at the brightness. The noises were of a day in full swing, there was the chatter of many people and the occasional beeping noise.

But where was she?

Y/n rubbed her eyes which were still adjusting to the light and sat up. She found no familiarity in the room that she lay.

She was in a single bed that had a blue curtain rail running along the left-hand side. On the right of her sat a young man with black hair and round glasses.

"Where am I?" Y/n asked the man, beginning to panic. Had she been kidnapped?

"Y/n, you're awake!" The man jumped out of his seat and grabbed her hand, but she snatched it back.

Who was Y/n? Was that her name? It sounded familiar...

"Where am I? Who are you?" Y/n repeated, trying to shuffle away from the man. His expression changed from happiness to...confusion? Y/n couldn't really tell the difference.

"I am Harry, your brother." The man named Harry said slowly. "You are in St. Mungo's Hospital becuase you were in a bad car accident."

Harry. That name sounded familiar.

"Do you remember anything at all?" Harry asked, drawing his eyebrows together.

Y/n gulped and squeezed her eyes shut. Blurry. Her mind was blurry. A few memories swam to the surface of her murky mind, but they were clouded. She couldn't make out anyone's face. But there was something she could see, no, feel.

She could feel the emotions in the memories, but she couldn't put a label on the emotions.

One memory was rather prominent - there was a mash of sounds and music. A long white dress and flowers. Was she the one wearing the dress? She couldn't tell. There was a man with a blurry face, but she could make out firey hair.

Her chest felt heavy when she thought about that memory. Was she breathing properly?

"No...not really," Y/n said, at last, feeling queasy. Harry's face became troubled as he listened to her.

"This is so much worse than we thought."
