Nerves that only exist because thereās a man waiting in there for her. A man who actually asked her out on a date. Who actually seemed interested in getting to know her. A man who has eyes that sparkle and a smile that actually made her weak in the knees. A man who wanted her.
Itās not that Y/N thinks sheās ugly or anything, in fact sheās pretty happy with her appearance after finally growing out of her awkward teen years. Itās just that her friends often use prickly as the word that best describes her, and a fair few dates have declined a second one due to her aloofness.

The annoying thing about creative juices is they don't flow when you actually want to write then suddenly you get all of this motivation when you have a ton of things to do and literally don't have the time to write š
But kidding aside, I've been dabbling in submitting to literary magazines on IG to try and get them running (plus the fact that I reread my old work and am literally jaw-dropped at how I write like, can whatever possessed me back then come back now??)
Ugh isnāt that so true!!! Or when I finally sit down to write all of the motivation just leaves my body lol

Hi! Sorry this took me a hot minute to get to!
While I have read some OC x Canon fics in the past, itās not usually what I go for! Tbh I donāt read much reader-insert either, I prefer character x character fics for the most part! And while i do write reader-insert these days, I have mostly written character x character fics previously!
That being said back when I first started writing fanfic (like 15+ years ago god am I old) I mainly wrote OC x Canon!!
As far as giving feedback goes, Iāve never really done that so Iām not sure how good Iād be at it haha but would be down to answer questions/give advice!!
