âOh havenât you heard?â The girl said with a smile on her face, and darting inside to fetch a dry towel for her new partner âSometimes the cunning can do more things than the strong oneâ Playfully she wrapped the towel around him, pretending to check out his muscles, even though truth to be told, she didnât really care about them. âIt would be a shame if you quit going to the gym wouldnât it? Iâll teach you the tricks of the door when it stops raining, unless you want to get wet againâ.
As careless as ever, just like she supposed she was going to be around her new roomate, the lass pretty much threw herself on the couch âIt is a pleasure to meet you Bradley. And no,no boyfriend to take care of, Not anymore at leastâ Her smile faded for a second, but she made sure to make it return soon enough âIf you want to introduce me with one of your friends i wonât complain thatâs for sure. Are you hungry? i could make something for you, or we could order pizza and eat togetherâ
A soft chuckle teetered from Bradleyâs lips, cheeks reddening as the woman felt his arms. Quickly, he used the towel to dry his hair, and pat off the excess water on his clothes. âYeah, sure. Donât ask me to move the fridge if you need to, youâre cunning.â he winked, opening his box with barely any possessions inside and wrapped them in the towel to dry off any liquid it may have caught. He peered his head round the corner to look at the woman on the couch, looking at how she lay across it. âOh, I didnât mean about me taking care of any boyfriends, I merely meant, you know, would they know youâve got a new male roommate. But you havenât so, that makes all this--â his twirled his index finger around the room â--A lot easier. Though, neighbours might talk.â he snorted then, digging his hands in his pockets. âAll my friends are back home in England, and all married Iâm afraid.â he bowed his head to the fact âOh no, no let me get the pizza. A... thank you gift for giving me the room. As I say, I thought you were a guy so.. buying flowers wouldâve been weird. Let me buy you pizza, and a bouquet of dough balls?â
