It's not weird, wrong or cringe to use pacifiers, teethers, diapers or any other regression gear. People are mean and prejudiced, they'll look for anyone who's different and use them as an outlet for their anger, narrow points of view and internalized beliefs or even internalized wants.

If you use agere gear which is socially looked down upon, you're not the wrong one here. Everyone does what they can to cope, and as long as you are not hurting others in the process, it's up to you what makes you happy. And let me tell you something: you shouldn't be ashamed of what makes you happy or calms you down.

And if you are the one mocking regressors for their comfort items: Why? Do you think that's normal behavior? Why does it bother you so much that you have to make somebody else feel bad? Maybe work on your own issues instead of being an idiot.
