₊˚⊹ ᰔ What to eat after a long FAST?
During a fast, your stomach and intestines slow down. If you break a long fast with heavy food, your gut simply isn’t ready to digest it.
Your intestines run on ketones during fasting, the lining gets a bit ‚thin’ and sensitive, so heavy, fatty, spicy or high-fiber foods can irritate it and cause inflammation.
Your gallbladder hasn’t released bile for hours and the pancreas is basically on standby, so fatty food doesn’t get broken down properly and just sits there.
What CAN you eat?
First things first:
𑣲 Almost overcooked rice
𑣲 Half a banana
𑣲 (If your stomach handles dairy well) natural yogurt
𑣲 Cooked carrot or pumpkin
What SHOULDN’T you eat?
𑣲 Raw vegetables or fruits
𑣲 Oil in ANY form (even nuts or olive oil)
𑣲 Meals with too much protein
𑣲 Caffeine
𑣲 Sparkling drinks
BONUS
𑣲 Instead of caffeinated stuff drink warm water, herbal teas (but only weak ones), non-bubbly electrolytes.
𑣲 Some other safe foods: mashed potatoes (with nothing added), white toast, well-cooked pasta, applesauce with no chunks.

realized the older i get that only st@rving myself won’t get me anywhere. so now i am ⭐️rving and working out like crazy bc I CANT TAKE IT NO MORE I AM 26 AND STILL FAT.. . i HATE working out but that’s my punishment for still being f@t 🙂↕️ (also, yes i am very angry but the anger motivates me) anyways, i’m done complaining ✨ and much love to the people who still follow me on here even tho i’ve been so inactive 🫶🏻 my depression was so bad that i thought about self exiting lol

bruh i missed restricting so much i’m so happy that i’m finally able to again
back to restricting after over a month where i was not able to restrict bc the lining of my stomach was extremely inflamed (is it called gastritis in english?) and i HAD to eat every couple of hours or otherwise i would get sick, get the worst stomach cramps and throw up. i know it would have been the perfect opportunity to restrict but i’m telling you the sickness and the cramps where unbearable and not worth it at all 🫠 but i think i can finally restrict again and yes i gained some weight back which makes me even more depressed than i’ve already been the last months BUT i can do it again 🥲🥲 wish me luck it’s gonna be hell the first week 😭 missed all of you btw!! 🫶🏻
i’ve been so depressed lately. i just don’t wanna exist anymore tbh. that’s why i’m not really active rn, sorry.
also, i feel like my boyfriend is constantly annoyed by me which makes all of this even worse. sometimes i even feel like he doesn’t like me, not that he doesn’t love me, but that he might not like me as a person anymore. idk. i always considered him by best friend but i know i’m not his best friend, at least that’s what it feels like and every time i bring those topics up he denies it but never does anything really that i believe him that it is not true? well idk man. we’ve been together for almost 5yrs now. i would be annoyed with me too tbh
