I know this is half joke but also

here is  Casuarina equisetifolia, the Australian pine tree or whistling pine tree. they would be within a tropical range and can (clearly) appear near/on beaches! They’re not ‘tropical’ natively, but they’ve turned out to survive well in places like Florida and Brazil. So. Do with that what u like.
