sit down. what are your top 3 priorities for this day? what are your top 3 priorities for the next 7 days?
Look into yourself. what am I feeling right know and what could be the reason for that? what are my physical and emotional needs right now?
get your plans and/or ideas down. this could literally be anything. a to-do list, a calender or journaling, anything you prefer or what works for you.
try to fulfill your needs and get started. don't try to waste too much time on planing and preparing for your upcoming work though, preparing by making e.g. to-do lists may feel productive and can be for your mental health, but in the end, you are not getting your main tasks done.

after some conversations with people on numerous communities, i've decided to make a mini series with tips on different 3d topics. todays topic is how to HIDE it.
when your with family and friends
share all of your food - it'll score you brownie points with your siblings and make your friends think you're the kindest soul ever
packed lunches are your biggest enemies. toss them when you get them, it's not worth the c4lories unless you make them and curate them.
cook for the family - like i said before, it scores you brownie points with your parents and you know EXACTLY what's going in you, thus giving you peace of mind.
don't act miserable - i get it. you're cold, hungry, you might have lost some hair and your period. but that is the most obvious way to give it up to them, they'll know something's up when out of nowhere you are upset and irritable. stay cheery.
don't constantly talk about losing weight/being upset you gained weight. if anyone in your circle has had a restrictive 3d, this will be a red flag for them.
be willing to eat normal food with them when going out, if you know your heading out to eat, FAST the whole day and use your c4ls there.
remember if you play this correct, no one will ever find out.
