Dominic is tall and broad-shouldered with a heavy, muscular build. His blonde hair is streaked with grey, and his arms are covered in countless scars.
He shares Sandbag's color palette and overall clothing motif, making him feel like a distorted, mocking counterpart.
He wears a sleeveless cropped hoodie with a white zipper beneath an oversized hooded layer, with a shark-like bandana tied around his neck reminiscent of Sandbag's own. Underneath sits a fitted dark brown shirt with yellow accents.
His outfit is completed with fingerless gloves with white cuffs, loose yellow pants ending in dark brown stripes, and layered draping fabric in muted teal and yellow that hangs like weighted wraps around his waist. Attached to his black belt are four long fabric strips: two dark brown and two yellow with brown accents. He finishes the look with shoes featuring bright yellow soles.
Dominic is quiet, reserved, and emotionally guarded. He comes off as cold at first because he rarely talks about himself and tends to keep people at a distance. Most of the time, he prefers being alone and avoids unnecessary interaction.

Small things like staying nearby, helping without being asked, remembering details, or silently looking after someone are easier for him than openly admitting affection.
At his core, Dominic is someone who desperately wanted to matter, but became so afraid of rejection and failure that he started pushing people away before they could hurt him first.

He and Sandbag grew up around boxing. Their father had been a respected fighter, and even after he was gone, his presence stayed in the house through old stories people still told about him. Boxing stopped being just a sport to them very early on, it became expectation and legacy, the only future they really knew.
Dominic took that responsibility seriously.
As the older brother, he pushed himself harder than anyone else. He trained longer, fought through injuries, and built his entire identity around becoming a professional boxer someday. He wasn't loud or flashy even back then, but he had determination that bordered on obsession. If he failed at something, he trained harder until he couldn't anymore.
And for a while, it looked like things were working out.
People noticed him. Coaches respected his discipline. He and Sandbag became known as a strong duo, always showing up together, always training side by side. Dominic genuinely believed they would make it together.
But over time, things started changing. Sandbag improved faster.
People began paying more attention to him during matches. Coaches talked about its potential more often. Invitations and opportunities slowly started leaning toward the younger brother instead.
Dominic noticed every single bit of it.
At first, he tried ignoring it. He told himself it didn't matter because they were still family. Still a team.
But the more things shifted, the more isolated he started feeling. And the worst part was that nobody actually noticed he was struggling.
He kept training. Kept acting normal. Kept everything buried so deeply that eventually even Sandbag didn't realize how bad it had gotten.
When Dominic ultimately failed to enter the professional scene while Sandbag succeeded, he started withdrawing.

At first, it was just a mocking nickname people used because of the kind of fighter who just kept coming forward no matter how much damage he took.
But Dominic accepted the name without complaint. If anything, he preferred it.
It felt easier to become that version of himself than to keep being the person who failed.
Over time, the name became what everyone knew him by. By then, he had already convinced himself that distance was safer. Safer than disappointment. Safer than hoping. Safer than letting people close enough to hurt him again.
But despite all of it, he never fully cut Sandbag out of his life. No matter how distant he became, no matter how much resentment and insecurity built up inside him, there was always something stopping him from completely walking away.
Because deep down, underneath all the hurt and self-destruction, Dominic never actually hated Sandbag.
He just hated what he became after losing the future he thought they were supposed to share together.
Everything changed when Sandbag was involved in a manslaughter case. Not long after, Dominic was also falsely accused and framed for a separate manslaughter incident he did not commit. Despite his efforts to defend himself, the case was built on circumstantial evidence and assumptions, and his name quickly fell apart in the public eye.
Sandbag and Dominic reunited again during the death game after years of separation.
Neither of them expected to see the other there. When Dominic recognized Sandbag, he felt disappointed. Too much time had passed, too much damage had been done between them for it to feel simple.
Sandbag, on the other hand, didn’t hesitate. Despite everything that had happened in the past, he immediately tried to reconnect with his older brother, treating the reunion as a chance to finally fix what had been broken.
After the two reunited, their relationship remained strained, but Sandbag never fully gave up on Dominic.
No matter how distant Dominic grew, Sandbag continued trying to reach out to him through conversations or simply staying nearby even when he was clearly unwanted. However, Dominic consistently rejected those attempts, avoiding emotional discussions and shutting down whenever the past was brought up.
As a result, most interactions between the brothers became brief and unresolved, even repetitive, with Sandbag trying to close the gap while Dominic continuously pushed him away.
During the BlackJack game, Dominic maintained his usual calm exterior despite the growing tension around him. While most participants focused entirely on surviving the game itself, Dominic's attention repeatedly drifted toward Sandbag. Even after years of distance between them, his protective instincts toward his younger brother never fully disappeared.
Throughout the game, Dominic silently kept track of Sandbag from afar, watching for any sign that he was isolated or overwhelmed. Although he rarely expressed concern openly, it became clear that Sandbag remained one of the few people Heavy Bag genuinely cared about beneath his detached exterior.
At one point during the game, Dominic intended to approach Sandbag and pair up with him directly. However, before he could reach him, he was called to the platform, forcing him away before he had the chance.
Before stepping onto the platform, Heavy Bag briefly stopped beside Eddie and quietly muttered:

After BlackJack ended, Dominic learned the truth. Two people had lost the game and died.
The news deeply shattered Dominic's composure. Beneath his normally controlled and restrained personality, he was overwhelmed by grief, guilt, and anger all at once. Sandbag had tried so many times to reconnect with him despite being repeatedly pushed away, yet Dominic only realized how badly he wanted to protect him when it was already too late.
Dominic blamed himself for hesitating, for wasting years keeping Sandbag at a distance, and for failing to reach him when it mattered most. At the same time, he directed much of his anger toward Eddie, believing he failed Sandbag after Dominic had requested him to help it.
