i get embarrassed or Anxious because i don’t want anyone to know. But it’s also fuels my ed😩
I didn't like the '30 day thinspo challenge' so i came up with my own thing.
It's mostly for me, but feel free to use it if you'd like.
There is no rules for how to answer this, you can do all the questions in one try or answer a new one every day. Anything you want literally

Disordered eating questionnaire
1. What ED do you have (or do you think you have if you aren't sure/don't have a diagnosis)? Which symptoms do you suffer from? Do you want to recover?
2. Does anybody in your life know about your troubles? Do you keep it a secret? Do you want somebody to know?
3. What do you think about thinspo, sweetspo, meanspo, reverse-thinspo?
4. Is there anything that triggers your disorder? Do you avoid triggers or purposely look for it?
5. What food do you consider safe-food and fear-food if there are any?
6. Do you have any weird rituals around eating (sort out salat ingredients before you eat it, chew food a certain amount of times, eating with baby utensils, drinking a few glassesofwater before/after every meal, etc.)? How important are those rituals for you (can you skip it if you need)?
7. What do you eat usually? Do you change your diet for weekends or holidays?
8. What are the least known symptoms of your disorder that you wish more people knew about? Or maybe there are some weird ones?
9. Do you have a special social media account, dedicated to ED content? If so, do you post anything there?
10. How much followers on your ED-account do you have? Do you wish there was more or less? If you don't have special ed-account would you like to make one?
11. What would you like to say to all the people with the same eating problems as yours?
12. What played the biggest role in developing of your disordered eating?
