I’ve been seeing a lot of videos about the line 3 pipeline on my fyp but I haven’t seen that much coverage on other social sites. This tik tok explains what’s happening from one of the people who have been on the front lines in Minnesota. You can also check out the website https://www.stopline3.org/#intro to understand a little more about how serious this is. Here is a carrd from @/Ugrunna on tik tok: https://ugrunna.carrd.co/ . She is another indigenous tik toker who has been fighting to stop the full construction of line 3 which would have a irreversible impacts on our climate and environment if the construction goes through. Line 3 is set to built on top of Native land while also going through the Mississippi River. The oil that is being drilled out of the earth is Tar Sands which is also known as the dirtiest oil on earth. If you or anyone you know is in Minnesota please consider joining people in the frontlines and if you are able to please consider donating to help with bail funds for people at the frontlines who are being arrested.
