In South Korea, people are recording themselves while having dinner. And people are paying to watch these videos! Is this another sign of loneliness affecting
We all get lonely sometimes and that is okay. That doesn't mean you don't have any friends or that no one likes you.
We're all growing up, moving on with our lives, and trying to make something of ourselves and our future. And while being so busy we realize who is there for you and who isn't. Sometimes it might feel like you're all by yourself, like no one understands or cares about you the way you feel like you should be cared about. But you have to remember, everyone shows their emotions differently.
Now there will be a time when you finally realize that you aren't really all that lonely, you have people that love and support you, and no one is out to get you. Your loneliness will not be bad anymore, you will take this time by yourself to discover new and exciting things about the world and yourself.
But for those who struggle with loneliness, just know, you're not alone. I found some helpful tips on ways that'll help you stop feeling lonely (even if it is only for a couple of minutes).
Doesn't hurt to try right? Stay lovely!
Angry Much?
Anger is by far one of the ugliest emotions humans project.
Not only does it not at all help your situation but it also makes the other people around you very uncomfortable, even annoyed. So now only is one person bothered, there's a whole room of people bothered.
Although there are times when it is hard to control this emotion, it does not mean that you should ever stop trying. Just like everything else in life, self-control (especially when it comes to emotions) takes time, and don't try to rush it either.
There are ways to control your anger and here are my 3 best & personal tips on how to do that:
DO NOT under ANY circumstances take your anger out on ANYONE, especially strangers. Not only is that selfish but it's not nice, you never know what anyone is going through so always be aware of yourself.
Try to breathe. 10 long inhales and exhales can really go a long way (seriously though).
And last but surely not least, SCREAM. Yes, you read right. Scream your head off, but I 100% recommend to do that right in your pillow and not at anyone else please!
So maybe next time you're angry you keep these 3 very easy tips in the back of your mind and hopefully it helps!!!
If you have any other ways to relieve some anger please let me know!
Stay happy and stay lovely :)
DIY Stress relieving flubber or putty. How to make flubber at home. Colourful and scented, helps with dealing with stress and anxiety. Very calming and relax...
I’m sure many of you have heard of the new phenomenon of the stress relieving flubber!
It’s amazing and really works. There are so many different ways to make stress relieving flubber, when I made it I originally used water, borax, glitter, and some food coloring. I began searching different ways to make it and found that this one is far less messy and so much easier to make than other versions.
The ingredients it uses are ones that you can simply find in your home, all you need is some corn starch, vegetable oil, shampoo, food coloring, and oil. Any type of scented oils like lavender oil really adds a more relax feel while playing with it.
It’s fun to make and fun to play with, try it out the next time you’re stressed or just not in the mood trust me it’ll help, stay lovely!
Okay seriously who doesn't love puppies?
Not only are they adorably cute but they help relieve stress and anxiety! Have you ever heard of puppy therapy? It's actually a real thing and the best thing ever.
To anyone that is suffering any type of depression, anxiety, or stress puppies (or any animal really) can help you cope with it. Puppies are so pure and what you to feel nothing but internal and external happiness.
If you have a pet and are having a bad day, I guarantee that after seeing them, talking to them, and cuddling with them you will feel so much better. If you don't own a pet you can Google and look at some cute pictures or use YouTube to watch some videos and soak up their cuteness.
I know this is only a temporary fix to the many problems some people might have, but don't let it stop you from being happy, even if its for a couple hours. Happiness is a journey not a destination. Hoped you enjoyed the cuteness and stay lovely!
If you're in desperate need of some motivation, we're going to fix that problem, right here, right now. Prepare yourself. WARNING: I'm going to swear and y
Not sure about anyone else but coming back to school after having a full week off for spring break really took a toll on me.
Naturally I was relaxing extra hard and avoiding as much school work possible, but when I came back to school I realized how much it hurt my motivation to study or do basically do anything school related (literally took me 2 days to finally get into the gear of things).
So if you're anything like me, sometimes you need a little push to help you get through, and I hope this article does just that for you.
Remember play hard and work harder, the more work you put into now the less you'll have to worry in the future. Hope you enjoy and stay lovely!

Ted Talk: How to stop screwing yourself over by Mel Robbins
Sometimes its really hard to begin something new, or even start doing the things that we are supposed to do. Why is that? Most of the time we just don't feel like it because there are other more fun things to do, like browsing through social media for two hours. But admit it, once we actually gain the motivation we tend to get stuff done. If you're in need of some motivation this week I highly encourage to watch this amazing and very well put Ted Talk by Mel Robbins. Personally this is one of my favorite Ted Talks and as soon as you watch it I believe it will be one of yours as well. It's really time to stop screwing yourself over.
Looking back at this exact moment five years later, would you be proud of yourself?
I think we can all come to the very real conclusion that college is the probably best years of your life, while simultaneously being the most confusing AND challenging. Papers, exams, graduation, work, ADULTING, I’m getting stressed out just talking about them! Are you stressing? Why? Do you have any particular way of managing your stress? I know what you’re thinking, "this is just a typically do yoga or try some meditation to relieve your stress and/or anxiety type of blog," but it’s not, I promise. Every week I’ll be sharing with you some new, interesting, and fun ways to help minimize all those unwanted negative feelings, such as anxiety, stress, and depression, and enhance your motivation, happiness, and most importantly your self-love. From DIY activities to mind exercises to some helpful tips, all which will help you get through your busy or tough days. We all have the ability to be and achieve great things but at times we tend to get in the way of ourselves, even subconsciously. My main goal with this blog is to really try and make your life a little less complicated and a little more productive one step at a time. Trust me when I say: your future self will thank you.
