You are my angel of destruction.

So breathtakingly covered in blood.

And while you devoure my heart,

I am on my knees in front of you.

Looking up to you and praying for your love.

Let me be a part of you.

Let me be yours for eternity.

And so I shall die a thousand times as long as it's your hands that take my life.

As long as it’s your arms that hold me while I take one painfully last breath.

More time passes and more and more often I wonder if I am able to love. Maybe I'm as heartless as she keeps telling me. Maybe I'm my own nightmare. Maybe I'm the monster I'm afraid of..

And I beg with the shards of my heart in my hands. Look at my bleeding heart. See the cracks in my soul. Recognise the pain in my eyes.

Was your promise a lie? Because all I see is the anger in your eyes and how you turn around and let me drown in a world with no way out.

And I'm like the sun. I give and give my warmth until it is self-evident. But what do I get for it? The cold of the universe. And slowly I'm burning out. But the cold around me remains.

Feed ourselves on the others warm meat.

Hands dipped in red and skin in purple. Teeth deep sunk and stomach filled with love.

We tear each other,

bathe in our blood

and sink into the feelings.

You and me.

The world outside was harsh and cold, But in each other's arms they'd hold. Their love forbidden by the law, Yet still they loved with all they saw. They wrote each other tender notes, And whispered secrets as they dote. Their love was true, their love was real, A flame that burned with endless zeal. Though society would not condone, Their love for each other had grown. They lived in shadows, but it was enough, For in each other's arms they found love.
