I have a cancellation and a no show policy. It's clearly stated in my styleseat profile. Sorry I have to be blunt about it, but this is what happens to people that work in the beauty industry. And it isn't fair. I understand that things come up, and when they happen to me, I always try to make up for it by adding a little extra. But this is directed at abusers. People that make appointments and reschedule time after time. I am in demand, and the spots you take can be for people that really want to come in. You can make an appointment, on styleseat.com/alchemyashley, if you fail to reschedule 24 hours prior, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
