Elizabeth Olsen
chrispine: I'm more of a Ferris Bueller guy. Oh, and Princess Bride. Aaaand Footloose. @lolsen
lolosen: All solid choices, it was just a different time in movies and I love it. Now I have Footloose stuck in my head tho, so thanks for that.
chrispine: @lolsen Solid choice.
lolsen: @chrispine Right? What's yours now I gotta know!
Elizabeth Olsen
chrispine: Which is first? @lolsen
lolsen: Say Anything. Cusack holding up that boombox was the epitome of epicness in 80s movies. @chrispine
lolsen: I'm not sure if Footloose has aged well...but it's still probably my second favorite 80s movie...
lolsen: Pretty sure there are more spiked seltzer brands on the market then non spiked...too many choices...

Many might not understand the dynamic of Chris and Lizzie. Going from being secretly in this unspoken relationship to happily married. Those who knew Chris knew this wasnât out of the ordinary for him. When he fell, he fell hard and fast, and wanted to be a husband. Maybe didnât know that side of him except family, but he was glad that so far no one was giving him a hard time. They just wanted him to be happy. Having Elizabeth back in Australia though, feeling like this was the growing of his family? Best feeling he had had in a long time. Leaning in he brushed his lips against her cheek, grinning as he glanced over the expanse of counter where it was filled with all kinds of sugary sweets. âYou realize putting them into a sugar coma isnât the answer, right?â Chris couldnât help but chuckle. Elizabeth already knew the kids, but he realized this was a far different conversation that theyâd be having. âWould you feel better if we also had Elsa there in case things donât go as well?â Of course he hadnât planned to have his ex-wife there when explaining to the kids that he had remarried but he could see the benefits, especially if the kids started speaking in Spanish since he didnât really know much of the language. âI still think youâre over worrying and you realize I canât put on ten pounds right? Weâll be going back to work sometimes, how about we back away from the sugar slowly.â Chris tightened his hands around her pulling her back gently. âYou know theyâre gonna ask a question, if weâre gonna have babies.â His kids had always asked if he was gonna give them more brothers and sisters and this was sure to bring up that conversation.Â
Honestly, the blonde haired actress wasnât sure how her family would react once she finally told them she was married. To Chris of all people, a co star. But then again, Elizabeth and her family werenât like a lot of families out there. âAre you sure?â she playfully questioned her husband when he said sugar comas werenât the answer. âI wasnât planning on letting them eat it all today, but sweets in moderation canât be that bad. Although, to be fair, I think youâre right. I did go overbaord,â she trailed off, looking at everything she made. She thought on the fact of having Elsa there with them. Theyâd met through out the years and gotten along fine, but things were...very much different now and she wasnât 100% sure how the other woman even felt about it all. âWhat do you think? Do you think she should be there?â she questioned, figuring they should come to a decision together. âI know Iâm overthinking and worrying. Itâs what I do, you might have to get used to it,â she shrugged. âSame with the baking. I love to bake and Iâm a nervous baker. You better up your workouts, sir.â she teased, gently poking him in his stomach after letting him pull her away from the counter. âYou think theyâre going to?â she questioned. âI mean, I never really thought about becoming a mom or having a family before you...â
Baby Talk & Family Meetings | Lizzie & Chris H.
They couldnât put off forever Lizzie meeting the kids, or meeting them as their new step-mother. Elsa and Chris had had a long talk a few days before, and she understood where his heart was coming from. Well, for the most part, she respected it enough. Which is all that Chris could ask for at this point. Discussions of how to tell the kids were had and today was the day that Chris and Lizzie would sit down with the three kids from his previous marriage and attempt to explain everything. Liam had been over earlier that morning, more than happy for his brother after everything. Distractions were needed so they two men had gone surfing in the morning before the younger brother had left to meet up with his girlfriend and Chris had to get back to Lizzie. Finding her in the kitchen he walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her from behind. âElsa texted me, kids will be here in a few hours. Sheâs been trying to prepare them for us telling them, she thinks itâll be fine.â Which was true, and he himself felt that there might be apprehension from India but sheâd come around just from the fact that she loved Lizzie already. âIâm afraid youâre gonna run away screaming am I going to have to tie you down?â he chuckled, knowing that the blonde was far more nervous than she was trying to show. @lolsensf
Things had been going so well since Chris and Lizzie tied the knot not to long ago. The girl had gone from not wanting a relationship to being married from zero to sixty in no time. But so far, so good. She was happy here in Australia with Chris. Waking up to the man you loved everyday in paradise? What wasnât to love? But now that things were sinking in, she knew today was inevitable. They were his kids, she was going to be their step-mom. Of course they needed to be told. But still, it didnât make her feel any less uneasey. What if they didnât accept her? Sure they already knew her, but they didnât know her as their step mom. Sheâd been a ball of nerves all morning when Chris had gone out with Liam. So instead of pacing, she threw on an apron and started baking. It was one of the few things that really helped calm her nerves and it was just something that she loved to do. Plus, she figured maybe the kids would be more willing to accept her if tasty treats are involved. She felt his strong arms wrap around her, and for an instant, she had no cares in the world. Leaning into him, she rested her head on his chest. Hearing his words, her flour spattered hands came to cover her face as she let out a groan. Taking them down, unaware of the small flour resude left on her cheek she smirked. âYou donât have to tie me down but Iâd be lying if I said I wasnât freaking out a little...as you can maybe see,â she said, referencing the different cupcakes and cookies cooling on the counters. âThere also might be a chocolate cake in the oven as we speak...â
