“That makes me feel only a little better.” The thought of the woman being injured more than just a mild graze made her stomach tense. “I’ll at least give it a try..” she spoke softly as she grabbed the shirt and took it to the small sink beside her washer, running cold water over the shirt. “If you’re thirsty at least, help yourself to anything.” She gave a smile to the woman as she got a lot of blood from the cloth before scrubbing the soaked spots with a bar soap. “I can’t promise every bit will come out but I think most of it will if I did this right.” She let out a smile, rubbing in detergent before tossing it into the washer with warm water. “How’s your side? “ the redhead asked, hoping she wasn’t in too much pain.

 She nodded faintly as she moved towards the  fridge. Was a beer what she really wanted? Of course but with her side still bleeding thinning her blood anymore was probably not a good idea. So instead the young woman just grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge.”  It’s fine blood can be a bitch to get out of things.” after all its not the first time she’d gotten shot at or blood on a shirt.  “it’s sore. “ she said softly when the other asked how her side was.

The males eyes wandered her face, having missed seeing her in person. Only seeing her on social media was the only way he had seen his ex. “That’s very true, but still. You have a lot of good sides.” He raised his brows with a smile as he sipped from his cup. “I’ve been busy with school, I found out yesterday that I got an internship with the sports medicine team for the San Francisco 49ers.”

She was quiet as she listened to him speak. It wasn’t like they could hang out other then  a setting like this. Their current significant other’s wouldn’t have it any other way. Did she regret sometimes them breaking up? Of course but it wasn’t like her own pride would admit that. It wasn’t often that Lucia admitted to being wrong. It wasn’t something she was very good at admitting either. She couldn’t help though smiling when he mentioned the internship.” I’m so happy for you!” she said excitedly. “ Are you going to take it?”

“I mean at least you’ll have the hottest date there.” She teased, looking to him. “I know you aren’t traditional in any sense when it comes to award shows and fancy events.” Riley thought for a moment while walking into the parking garage and to the suv waiting for them. “I’ll get a dress that compliments your jacket color, don’t wanna match in fear people may think I’m more than just your friend/assistant.” She teased while getting into the vehicle.

 He snorted faintly as he followed her. “ Lets be real people are going to think that regardless.” he said with a shrug. “ I’ve brought my sister before and they thought I was dating them.” he shook his head faintly. He couldn’t help it. It was just how the public was, plus the paparazzi tried to make anything out of every little detail in his life. It was probably one of the many reasons why he was single to begin with.

Bloods literally the hardest thing to get out trust me I’ve tried.”  She pull the shirt though the other woman had given her over her head though wincing a little at the slight pain the movement caused.”  I’m good on cheese cake thank you though.” she said realizing she hadn’t given the other woman an answer.

Obviously she’d known before hand about his love for liquid pot and that was never an issue for her. It wasn’t like he had anyone to be home to so it wasn’t like he was wasting time or avoiding his house or anything. Did he mind the silence that his home now emanated? Most days no.  But at night it might have been the only time it got to the older man. “ Sure.” he said with a small shrug,

When he told her to relax, she did. Her shoulders slumped and her face fell into a soft look of concern and embarrassment. It was easy for her to have tangential word vomit, especially when she knew she wasn’t supposed to be talking. Nerves just made her bubble sometimes. At least he wasn’t being a dick. Well, too much of a dick. She was used to it, otherwise, as his secretary and all.

“Right,” Inessa nodded, taking a deep breath to steel herself a little better. It was a silly thing to get frazzled over, sure, but she cared about the guy and wanted him to be happy. At least he didn’t have anything wrong with him.

“Do you-I mean,” Nessy started, blushing while biting her lip, “Do you need help? That- I mean-I know- I could…”Oh god it sounded like she was propositioning him. Was she? Fix it fix it! “Uh I could set you up with someone?”

It was probably wrong that he found all of this amusing. He couldn’t help it though it was.  It was also adorable in a sense as well. Greyson was terrible sometimes and he knew that. “ Why bring someone else into it?” he said boldly. “ Unless that’s something that your into.” he said licking his lips. He couldn’t help the small smirk playing at his lips. He was doing his best to not show how amused he was about everything after all. “ Of course if you don’t want to you can just pretend this conversation never happened after all. “

He just raised an eye at what she said about being his date. “ You might have to do that.” he said with a shrug. He wasn’t sorry about that either.  “ Do I ever actually were a black and white suit?” he asked which he knew she knew the actual answer. Usually he wasn’t one to wear a black suit jacket unless he was bored. He’d been known to wear different colors just the point of which color to wear this time.
