Here’s one I made earlier 😉.. This is a trenchcoat from an early collection, using a similar method : Two Zips in the front open the trench so you could wear it as a wrap-top. This was in the noughties, and fashion was very different then- it would be impossible today to sell anything like this - too complicated and too ‚conceptual‘ .. which was, incidentally, a recurring criticism of my work back then .. which seemed weird to me as I just saw it as making you look sexy in a trenchcoat 😎🤗🔥 (at Paris, France) https://www.instagram.com/p/CAAC3g1gDOH/?igshid=lxbiybb3jcld

You know the first TShirt I did a few days ago ? You could actually do the same thing with a shirt too .. It’ll have fraying edges , and you’ll have to find a way to close it in the back as ,unlike the jersey, the cotton in shirts won’t stretch enough to be able to just make a knot in the back .. best would be to just hand-sew two bits of string to the back. I’m busy doing another one but doing another TShirt is now in direct competition with watching #carriemathison who I have become obsessed with during lockdown, and who was the inspiration for this - is there anybody out there who makes a simple pantsuit and shirt look more amazing than #claredanes ? Thank you for all those lovely comments and reactions to yesterday’s little Sexy TShirt tutorial 🤗 .. I have had a few people saying it’s too sexy - especially after a month of confinement-cuisine 😇 ( tbh I was planning on modelling the thing myself just to show that it really works but decided against it after seeing myself hehe ) .. anyway for all of those who’d like something a little more demure I will propose a new style tomorrow.. for those who like their belly covered in these trying times 😉 .. in the meantime you can still try this one in the privacy of your own home .. oh and thank you for all the messages about my Pink T - it’s FW 20 and part of a whole series of Colour T Shirts to be worn depending on mood !
