It’s never easy to lose such a vital, irreplaceable member of the family, but this is downright heartbreaking. Carrie was one-of-a-kind who belonged to us all- whether she liked it or not. She was OUR Princess, damn it, & the actress who played her blurred into one gorgeous, fiercely independent & ferociously funny, take-charge woman who took our collective breath away. Determined & tough, but with a vulnerability that made you root for her & want her to succeed & be happy. She played such a crucial role in my professional & personal life, & both would have been far emptier without her. I am grateful for the laughter, the wisdom, the kindness & even the bratty, self-indulgent crap my beloved space-twin gave me through the years. Thanks Carrie. I love you, mh

This moment, to me, was perfect.

I know some people feel like this was closure. But to me was simply them acknowledging that whatever it was that made them split up, it’s not there. It doesn’t exist. It doesn’t matter anymore.They can talk about it without pain now.

What happened between them is in the past. They went through so much more since that. They both grew a lot, they had to matture to get to where they are with their lives.

But what’s not in the past is the love they had. That chemistry. That feeling that I’m pretty sure it’s still there. They never said they didn’t love each other anymore. But they had to move on from the breakup, or they wouldn’t be living.

If that talk should have happened before? I don’t know… maybe they weren’t ready (wether they, or the writers, or the show…). Maybe now it’s the time that they finally were able to talk like adults and really realize that it was something so unimportant that it will not be a problem now.

I loved the whole episode and I’m pretty confident that this two will have a great story ahead of them.

OKAY BUT THIS IS ACTUALLY REALLY INTERESTING. ‘Awesome,’ meaning ‘full of awe,’ used to mean ‘inspiring fear and terror.’ The meaning started to shift towards its current, throwaway ‘that’s cool’ meaning around 1961. Bucky stopped generally existing around 1944-45, so to him, spider-man just called his arm ‘pretty damn terrifying’ in a very upbeat tone. That might explain his face in the last gif a little bit more.
