03/10/18- Just a handful of the prints I did of Dewsbury yesterday. Using the technique monoprinting, I made black and white images and then tried to block out parts of the image and add colour to them. On the one way street sign print I posted last week, I cut out a stencil filled the circle sign with blue ink then waited for it to dry and did the rest of the monoprint with black ink.

Summer project; redecorating my room at home

20/06/18- making my tea towel for the coat of arms of Dewsbury today using illustrator and the machine press in textiles.

19/06/18 - experimenting with different materials yesterday

[lydiaedwards]

18/06/18- Rolling out clay slabs in preparation for making my still life object. Using the fabric underneath to ensure the clay doesn’t stick and using the guid lines to make sure all my clay is the same thickness.
