lil bit of a bullet point life update

· Elijah and I packed our things and moved down to San Diego in the beginning of April this year. Our plan was to actually have a van by the time we moved down butttttttttttttt I needed to show a copy of my ss security card and didn’t have it at the time lmao

· NOW THAT I HAVE IT and have a stable job once again, we’re back on the lookout. Most of the vans we’re seeing are about 2 hours away and 5k less than the ones we were looking at in Washington.

· We were actually supposed to check out a van this past Saturday but Elijah had to fly out to Seattle for a few weeks since his brother passed away :c

· I’ve been working @ usfoods for maybe about a month now? I like what I do here better than what I did @ Amazon but wish it paid more. It’s only a 6 month contract though so hopefully something worth it comes along.

· We’ve been staying at my parents house for a while and it’s been very interesting lmao. I do appreciate the fact that we’re not paying rent anymore. We’re helping with their water and electricity bills of course but not paying $1225 for a stupid smol studio feels GR8!!! I’m able to save a bit more and we have a savings building up for our van!

· Living with my parents again is constantly reminding me why I moved out in the first place though. My stepdad is just a whole ass weirdo. A hot-headed mess. Though I can admit he was a lot worse before. But still… I remember my friend Ren came over and we had a bonfire and he was just trippin tf out!!! Thinking im inviting my friends over just to smoke like what lol we’re just having a bonfire. It’s all good though, I truly cannot wait to get out of this place and finally live our lives on the road.

· Elijah hasn’t been to disneyland or universal studios yet so im super excited to take him there!! We might go to horror nights this year for universal if it exists. I’m stoked!!

i haven’t been back to school in years and this year i finally decided to do something with my self and go back!!! i register for classes this friday and i’ll be taking english 101, psych 101, and sociology 101! i strayed away from anything college related to be fuckin honest because I DON’T WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY ON SOMETHING I AM NOT GOING TO END UP PURSUING!!! i am such an indecisive person and my interests are constantly changing. then i thought hmm….. psychology is something that will benefit me in the long run so it wouldn’t really matter if i end up pursuing a career in this field or not. so therefore, i said fuck it.

im planning on majoring in psychology and i have a friend who’s really into industrial and organizational psychology. i looked into it a bit more and thought since i’ve been dabbling in the HR industry, that would be the perfect route/goal for me as well. the goals of I/O Psychology is to ensure the physical and mental well-being of employees, improve individual and organization performance, increase workplace productivity, and overall studying and understanding human behavior in a workplace. now that is tight as fuck. but damn ima have to get my masters for that lmao, it’s gonna be a long road.
