When in Buena Vista, do as the locals and get a burger and fries from @ksdairydelite . They're well worth the wait. We took a couple days and went and enjoyed nature. Alot of trips are work trips but this one was pure brain storming. ( we had no wifi ) so we laid down a game plan for how things will go for the rest of the summer....more camping... They say it takes doing something 21 times in a row to make it a habit. This woman has been hitting the gym and doing yoga for well over 7 years. She goes to the gym 4 mornings a week. Twice for Yoga, once to do Step and once for an Athletic Conditioning class. But she's not done and that's just the mornings. She goes at least 3 Nights a week too. She'll do a Pump class, Step class or a Core class depending on her mood. 21 days has long been past for her and her lifestyle of activity shows. When will you start your 21 days?
