I may have gone a little nuts at @purlsoho today. I swear I needed it all! 🤗
My mood board for today. I'm always looking for palette and texture inspiration and combinations. The texture and color palettes are really inspiring. Such beautiful work. Kudos @liza-smirnova!

Some tests for a series I plan on starting on street harassment. Specially calling out what has been said to me. (This is one of the nicer things.)
So happy to be back to work again! #SundaysInDC - Stitching, coffee, and #makingamurderer #handembroidery #wip
Initial sketch for a new project. So excited to get back into working again!

Get it girl!
New sketch ready to go into Illustrator!
Getting some much needed stitching done on the train ride up to Poughkeepsie. So calming after so much stress these few last months. Excited to get this completed and get started on another project though. I will post more detailed shots on my progress later.

Today’s the day. The day you help save the internet from being ruined.
Ready?
Yes, you are, and we’re ready to help you.
(Long story short: The FCC is about to make a critical decision as to whether or not internet service providers have to treat all traffic equally. If they choose wrong, then the internet where anyone can start a website for any reason at all, the internet that’s been so momentous, funny, weird, and surprising—that internet could cease to exist. Here’s your chance to preserve a beautiful thing.)
Tonight I went to the opening of the Louise Fili exhibit at the Art Directors Club in Chelsea. It was truly an amazing showcase of a lifetime of type design and lettering. I am, as always, super inspired by all of her work and elegant forms. Already I am noodling away on a few things. (My reference book wish list just got a lot longer too!)
If you are in the NYC area, I would recommend checking out this exhibit.
