First off, congrats on finishing the first comic. It was beautiful! Been a while since a comic has had me HOOKED so that was awesome to watch get made :3

Okay, so idk if you'd wanna answer questions on it yet because it just came out and I know you said you had ideas for the AU. But I'll ask and you can ignore it if you don't wanna answer:

Are they fully melded? I noticed the design retained pieces of them both, as if they were still two separate beings just forced to congeal. So, are they still two different beings with their own thoughts? Or are they truly one now, one mind and body alike?

They are still both in there, thinking separately and answering to their own names, while able to read the other's mind and cooperate on piloting the body. Said body is an unstable amalgamation, and the Crown is acting as the makeshift glue that just barely manages to hold them together. It was not a perfect ritual. They speak with their original voices through their respective mouths, and the eyes usually indicate which mind is taking priority.
