Europe is currently being burned alive and people still think climate change is a joke. Itâs warmer in North Europe than in the middle eastern deserts.
Nearly all northern countries broke their decades old heat records this week.
Its only in the low hundreds in farenheit??? In America we get that for like a month or two straight every year??? Y'all need to deal is it really normally so cold over there that yall can live with a little heat???
If youâre gonna have an ignorant American attitude then please only stay on American posts. No one in North Europe has an AC in their houses. Stores, animal shelters, elderly houses, no one has AC. the houses are designed to keep the heat in. The people are not accustomed to the heat. A sudden climate shift like this is extremely dangerous to older people and babies specifically.
There are programs being run to inform elderly people what to do to not die in this heat. There was a heatwave in the Netherlands in 2010 in which approximately 500 more elderly people passed away than normally.

Dear fellow Americans: stop being so fucking embarrassing. Even in places where heat like this is normal, people still die from heatstroke and heat exhaustion every year. Imagine something thatâs deadly enough to kill people used to it suddenly occurring in an area that has never experienced it. And in the areas where it does get that hot, weâre absolutely fucking babies when it gets drastically cold, and people die from that, too.

The Nazis didnât start building the gas chambers in 1933, they started using them eight years after gaining power. When the Nazis got into power, Hitler never said that he was going to commit genocide or try to murder all the Jews in Europe. The Nazis never said that they were going to build gas chambers. What they said was that the Jews were the cause of Germanyâs decline, the lose of itâs empire, the failing economy, etc and they were going to stop that. They left it to to interpretation to how they would meet that end. Just like building a wall or banning Muslims, all the Nazis gave were the same vague statements that were easy to grasp and helped root the idea in peopleâs minds. Â
By the way, the photo of Himmler up there was taken in 1942, nine years after the Nazis assumed power. The one of Pence is taken three years after Trump did.Â
Death camps are a subset of concentration camps.
There does not have to be the intent to murder for it to be a concentration camp.
There does not even have to be the intent to never release people.
We just donât want to admit weâre doing it again.
The âworkâ camps that the Nazis threw everyone who they considered inferior (bc along with anyone even suspected of being Jewish, they threw in anyone who rebelled, anyone suspected of homosexuality and so on) They worked people to death, starved them to death and let them live in inhumane conditions way before they started actively killing people in the camps.
So yeah no free these people immediately, get them medical, psychological and legal help and arrest and prosecute anyone involved in this NOW.Â
